I had a good experience the first time so I hoped for the best! I had a somewhat urgent prescription needing to filled, especially as I was about to head out of state for a week. Tracey was kind, but told me that they didn't have my prescription in stock and they would order it for Monday; unfortunately, I was unable to wait two more days and they suggested I call to other pharmacies in the area to see what their inventories were and Big Y would transfer the prescription to them. I was disappointed and thought I would be spending the rest of the afternoon navigating different pharmacies. I was still at the store a few minutes later picking up a few other things and contemplating the rest of the day's logistics, when Tracey began calling my name from down the aisle. She found me in the store and told me she had called and found the prescription at CVS Walpole! I was so happily stunned that (1) she called to find the medicine somewhere else and she'd transferred the prescription and (2) she walked around the store to look for me and let me know after I missed her call on my cell. These extra steps saved me a ton of effort and time. I very, very much appreciate this kindness and effort!!

Upon visiting the store today a young woman who works there was crouched by the carts unmasked making it impossible to enter the store and maintain a 6 foot social distance. Two people working on the floor were wearing face shields rather than masks and handling all types of products. No one is monitoring the number of customers entering the store. Finally, two men who appeared to be managers were walking the wrong way down a one way aisle. So basically other than mostly wearing masks an example of what not to do. I called to alert the managers to this unacceptable behavior, looking only for an "I'll look into it". As a manager, you should be open to ways in which your team can improve. Instead, he made up lame excuses, told me I was overreacting, and basically stated that he did not care about human life.

In recent months I call and left a message to cancel her delivery because she was in the hospital . Tom called personally just a few hours later to ask what had happened and how she was. Upon her release from rehab I called with only a few days notice with new medications and a very small window in which to have it delivered. I called one Wednesday and was told friday but they had them there on thursday . As the primary care giver for my mom I am so appreciative when I find ppl who will help me and make my.life easier.
