Worse than that which was all corrected and fixed with a lot of pain and hold time in messages back and forth. Recently went there to obtain insulin syringe for my dog who doesn't have much long to live. They condescendingly gave me dirty looks made jokes about me behind the counter I could literally see the box from where I was standing that had the exact size that was needed and they came back and told me that they were all out. When I arrived to the window I was still on hold and a man said I needed new insurance info . I told him my insurance has been the same for the last 2 years he shrugged his shoulders and close the window . A lady came to the window and after 5 min she said I she will try to help me but there are people behind me . Once I explained to her that I have been waiting on hold still and hung up the phone she close the window to figure out what she could do with issue for insurance . She return and said she could give me a coupon and I can return Monday with a receipt for a refund once insurance fix the issue . I said okay however she didn't want to re enter my good rx gold membership instead of the one they have and closed the window . A man came over by the name of Andrew the lead and said I needed to go around and come in . I explained o have been waiting just like everyone else and it has not been more than15 minutes as I waited 30 for one car before me . He went over the fact I had 4 children under the age 5 in the car and said if I kept going I would have to wait a half hour instead . I told him I can not and will not as I need the medication and will not leave my kids in the car . He closed the window and the lady staff finally decided to enter my information . She return and said that normally they call the police. And I explained to her that if that is their practice it is sad and I'm sure an officer would understand I can't leave my kids in the car to make her happy. This is the second time something similar like that has happen at this cvs they are rude and hard to work with .

They always have good signage on covid measures, current interests (flu shot available here, etc), hour changes, etc. The drive thru is awesome because it usually allows for a quicker experience due to my wandering eyes. I casually asked how I could transfer my scripts....and it was done in two seconds! The pharmacist just took a copy if my insurance, my drivers license and current pharmacy info and said, "I'll take care of it for you." How nice is that!!! No computer nonsense or multiple calls, just plain old-fashioned human interaction. So happy there is a pharmacy here again in Rehoboth!

And then you say yes and the next time you go, they give you 30 and then tell you you're out. The texts say "Prescription ready..." and then it's not. Absolutely horrible. Going to choose a new pharmacy because this is just awful. Stuck here after working 14 hours today waiting on a refill that they just told me was ready on Sunday via text. The worst.

And for some odd reason, most stores (including CVS) don't make all of there stores exactly equal, some larger, some smaller, some newer, some older, some better, some worse and the list goes on an on. CVS could be a store to go out of your way for, if I was unordinary, but sadly, the news here is that this location is just average and nothing better. This store is located on Chauncy Street in Mansfield, close to the "center" of town. The next business to the north of it is a Rite Aid, whose lot always looks bare. The store is average size, and has the normal departments in any CVS (grocery, health & beauty, greeting cards, household cleaning, electronics, health and beauty, medical, and more), and even a small section of seasonal stuff. The ExtraBucks machine works well, and besides having very little space in the checkout area of the store (that gets so wicked crowded!), I enjoy picking up a few things I need without having to go in to Walmart or Stop&Shop. Employees seemed friendly, and the lady at checkout was very cooperative with all of my coupons. 4 stars for CVS. Nothing special, but on the other hand, nothing wrong with this CVS. Weeks to get meds. Lines and wait times are far too long. Not enough people. If you're in line at 1:29 tough luck as they turn you away because it's lunch time at 1:30. What happened to alternating lunch times? It's just gotten so impersonal and impossible to deal with this CVS.
