Their customer service and their inventory of medications. And have the updates you get on text…read moremessages on on their website don't agree with what they tell you onsite. I have had trouble refilling my Gabapentin. I got text messages saying they had been delayed because it was too soon to refill. Last month I asked the lady could I have a new prescription filled and not use my insurance. She said yes. Using insurance my part would be $400 plus/or minus. The lady pointed out deal that I scan to see what GoodRx had it it for..well it was $200, I asked why it was more expensive thru their cod scan. I showed her on the Good Rx site it was $20.. YES I SAID $20. She allowed me to fill this prescription thru Good RX even though my insurance said too soon to fill. So a week ago I ordered online again. I got updates that said delayed, filled, waiting on insurance. Knowing I have trouble with them I started a week early and yesterday I took my last Gabapentin. I take Gabapentin and tramadol for virtually uncontrollable nerve pain. I was in north Dallas today got a message from Walgreens saying I need to contact them about my orders. Last time I tried to contact them I never got to speak with anyone after listening and punching all those buttons. The call today was from a Walgreens call center and the lady was so kind to transfer me to a person at the store in terrell. Asked him about the status of my prescription. He informed me it would be ready by 4:00. I asked him again if it was for Gabapentin. His reply was yes. So I hurry over they so I could be there at 4:00. And they close at 5:00. I go out of my way and make a special trip so I can be there at 4:00. The lady informs me it is not filled because it is too early to fill. Would be Feb before it would be filled. So I asked the lady than why didn't the gentleman tell me that. He has the same data base as the computer at the window. So I asked if it could be filled by good Rx. She said no. I replied that's how it was filled at their location same pick up counter. Her reply was they didn't know what they were doing. I asked the lady if I could come sit with her tonight while I am screaming and crying in pain. She basically accused me of abusing the drug. I have gone several nights because of the pain and no meds. Before they accused me of abusing the hydrocodeine. I came up a month short according to them. I would not set food in that grocery pharmacy again. I have lived in terrell and shopped there and used the BROOKSHIRE pharmacy. I told the lady I would not be back and I would be transferring ALL of my prescriptions some where else. She said ok. And they have changed their close time to 5:00pm and closed for lunch. This is unreal. Very rude unfriendly people and accusing me of abusing the drugs then I did get I little bent out of line and the "sailor talk" came through. I wish we could give them a minus 5. They don't answer the phone, just 4 or 5 standing around talking and laughing.

This is our stop of choice when traveling to points east, and we've done so on numerous occasions…read moreover the years. As with all Buc-ee's locations, you can expect the cleanest and most plentiful bathrooms in the history of mankind, enough gas pumps for an entire town (I think, I just did a napkin count), and all of the snacks and hot food that you could possibly want, to say nothing of an expansive merch selection. So what's not to like? Nothing. Nothing is not to like, it's just a great place that never fails to deliver on everything. My official hot tip for this and all Buc-ee's: check out the coin battery prices, those little round guys, for some reason, are cheaper here than almost almost anywhere else. There's another Buc-ee's closer to our home, it's my destination for those pesky CR2025 and CR2032, which seem to get slurped up by our devices. There's truly nothing bad I can say about this or any other Buc-ee's. Just make it a part of your travel, you won't be disappointed.

If you're driving on a Texas highway and see a Buc-ee's sign, exit - even if you don't need gas. My Overall Rating - 4 1/2 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility, Return) Atmosphere - Buc-ee's is big, busy, and always crowded. If you're an introvert, I recommend you stay in the car. Walking into a Buc-ees is like walking into a Walmart. Same lighting, same item you can buy, and tons of people. 1/2 Stars. Service - Hats off to the Buc-ee's staff, because while it's always super crowded, I've never had to wait long because there are so many checkout stations and the staff are so nice and helpful. Everyone, from the staff making the BBQ to the fudge counter, everyone is super helpful. 1 Star. Facility - The bathrooms at Buc-ee's have earned legendary status. They're clean, the line moves fast, and it leaves you plenty of time to shop for....ANYTHING. Need pool supplies? Check. Flamin' Hot Cheetos? Check. Cookies? Check. Clothes? Check. You get the idea. The staff chops up fresh brisket sandwiches for you to grab and go. For me? I always grab the sugar roasted pecans. I can eat a cone of these sweet, warm treats in one sitting. Oh, Buc-ee's has gas too. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I'll plan my road trips around spending time at Buc-ee's. It's always a great rest stop where I can refuel my car and my body. 1 Star.
