I went up a few hours later to pick up her meds. The drive-through line was long so I went inside. There was no one there to help you. I saw someone else signing in on a kiosk so I followed suite and then stood there to wait. Two other people were taking ahead of me. I finally looked at at the pharmacy tech and told her what I needed. She said oh well you have to be standing in front of the kiosk that you signed in on... OK so you purposely ignored my order because I wasn't standing 1 foot to the left? Hope our experience is better next time

I attempted to purchase some wine at the Kent Walgreens. When the manager rang it up, he asked for…read moremy id, so I gave it to him. He then scanned it and proceeded to ask the girl in front of me for her id as well because I was talking to her and it appeared to him that she was "with" me because we were talking. He then refused to sell me the wine, which is ludicrous because the girl in front of me had nothing to do with my transaction and never touched the wine. I argued politely and he told me that it is the law that they id everyone who is "with" the person who is buying alcohol. I have read over the alcohol laws in Ohio and there is ABSOLUTELY no law of that nature. Regardless of whether that girl was "with" me or not, the store should not have any right to demand her id if she is not paying for or touching the alcohol. It might be a Walgreens policy (or the policy of that particular employee) - however the employee felt the need to lie to me and say it is the law. I have never had this problem in the past and have bought alcohol hundreds of times at hundreds of different establishments. I can only imagine that this store doesn't refuse to sell alcohol to any customer who walks in the store with their child. That being the case, I feel that I was unfairly discriminated against. I will not be ever purchasing another item from Walgreens again and I will encourage anyone I know to do the same.
