CVS in Vidor never fails to disappoint. I had a prescription called in yesterday afternoon from the ER. show up at 10:30 today a nd the very smug girl behind the counter clearly stated "she had it but it will be several hours before it's ready". I know packing a tube of eye drops in a bag can be stressful. I think the most offensive part was the complete disregard and "GO AWAY" attitude. this was the second time. never again! read more

This Pharmacy still has a rating of a minus -5. Still remains the worst. The staff in the pharmacy are incredibly incompetent. You think being a customer for several years (required to use CVS) they would keep your meds in stock. I receive text messages asking if I want my prescription refilled and as always yes. Still nothing. They need to clean house and start over. read more

This CVS is honestly the best most friendliest staff working there. The manager Dustin always is so kind and tries to work out whatever issue or problem may occur. I think most of the fault in any big Corp comes from the Corp itself. I've never had ONE rude clerk from that location. Best staff!!! read more

On Christmas Day I ran in to get batteries. Nicest staff working and very helpful. I will recommend this CVS to others and I'll be shipping here again soon! read more

This location has the worst customer service I've ever witnessed at a CVS. The pharmacist on duty on a Saturday has no apathy for people needing medication especially after a death in the family. read more
