I was under the assumption. Walmart was the cheapest place. The place was organized and appeared very clean however when using a gift card that's where the complication came in to play. If it doesn't swipe, they cannot punch the numbers in and you have to go to customer service or regular register, which is a little bit lengthy for time and a pretty extensive process.
