This is absolutely the worst CVS pharmacy ever. Not only do they open late and close early but staff is lazy slow and rude. The absolute worst pharmacy to deal with. Impossible now to speak directly with the pharmacist, you have to leave a message and wait for call back. Horrible at dealing with doctors and your insurance - they don't have time apparently to listen to messages from them! I'm so done with CVS. They suck! Always issues. DONE! read more

I never write any reviews but I had one of the worst experience at this CVS with the pharmacist Stephanie Bishop. I'm not surprised to see multiple other reviews on here is centered toward her as well. I went to get my prescription filled and I was not greeted, which I don't care much about. It was busy as I see the technicians running around the store helping customers. Stephanie was on the phone and not in sync with the world (not the first time I witnessed her using phone when I come). The other technicians girl greeted me saying they'll be with me in a moment finally however she was busy in the drive thru but Stephanie still kept talking on her cell phone and as I continued my wait standing (I have bone pain) after about 10 minutes she finally hang up the phone and started counting pills and picked up the pill that fell on the floor with the same hand she was using to talk on the phone. Very unprofessional she is. She talked rudely to a customer who was waiting before me and rejected filling her prescription saying you do not fill here. The lady pleaded she has no ride to go and if she can give her whatever as she was in a lot of pain. The customer was African American spoke poor English. Stephanie said sorry can't do anything and the poor lady left. Right after, she gets another phone call and I hear her talk very nicely to the person on phone and I hear her say "I may not have the entire Percocet but for you I will do it right now with whatever I have just come in". Finally, I got my prescription and I was waiting for another to be ready. (It's been 35 minutes or more at this point). I see a white guy come in who stunk of alcohol and clearly under the influence of drugs as he was walking very unsteadily. He was the person she spoke on phone. Clearly, one can observe the special treatment, and sad to say, she was racist and had prejudice toward the black lady. Person who was sitting next to me also observed this. I am baffled by this type behavior and attitude and it disgusts me. I do not know how she can be working as a pharmacist. My family and I will not be returning to a place like this. read more

I am writing this review based on one person. Stephanie in the pharmacy dept. I don't take any meds so I don't have any prescriptions, however I have been there on a few occaisions with my friend and once for myself. She is very patient, takes the time to explain everything and has a nice overall demeanor. The 1st time I went there was for me and I was impressed right away. I had wanted to write a review then and forgot, the last 2 times was with a friend and he customer service again was great. As I said I don't take meds and don't have a lot of reasons to go there so I haven't dealt with other people in that store, hopefully they are as good as she is. read more

Always a great experience! The pharmacists and staff at the pharmacy are wonderful every time I come in for my prescriptions and always exceed my expectations. The front store is great as well with friendly staff and always has what I need in stock. read more

The staff at this location is hands down the best at customer service of any pharmacy I've ever been to. They always remember my name, make me laugh and even make me feel like they truly care. Any retail store is a tough environment to work in. It's not surprising when employees at other locations and retail stores in general lose their desire to help when so many customers can be rude for no reason. The fact that this staff hasn't lost the desire to truly help each and every customer they possibly can shows me that they come to work with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. First the pharmacist Stephanie is a miserable soul that questioned my doctor's ability to prescribe a treatment and suggested alternatives that were for a different indication. Second, Michelle the wretched cashier that barked at me "are you ready yet?" To welcome me to check out after 5 minutes of avoiding eye contact needs a vacation, a spa day and some Jesus. I received the absolute worst customer service from this locations pharmacy manager, Orestes. Not only did he hang up on me when I had a small dilemma on the phone but then insulted me repeatedly in person. From telling me that I wasn't listening to him or that he was going "to contact the FDA to change laws just for me." All this for an exception his staff have done for me in the years past. My family and I have gone to this pharmacy for over 15 years. Never again. Worst customer service ever. read more

This is a terrible store with horrible customer service. Numerous times I have had situations that I am very disappointed but not just up to this week. They texted me that my medication is ready for pick up, and when I get there they wanted to charge me 1666% more of my current charges. I had to ask why is it so much more and THEN they told me that is because my insurance was not active. Mind you, nothing in my insurance had changed: the ID number is the same and same benefits, I called the insurance and they told me it should be good. HOW is the name of God THEY have a problem with the system and I have to spend an hour of my time to solve their problems. this is unacceptable. please know that I am diagnosed as an epileptic, without medicine I could have an epileptic attack and die. This is an important matter and they do not act with the high responsibility they had in their hands. They keep this up and they will be out of business in the​ near future. read more

I have been going to this pharmacy for 5 1/2 years and have never had a bad experience, as mentioned in some of the previous reviews. I've never dealt with the people mentioned in the negative reviews, so there are nice and polite people who work there. I know going to the pharmacy, There is a very nice lady who works there named Maria . And in the main store a very nice guy in the front named Miguel. They've always been nothing but friendly and helpful, and the other employees as well. Also, and this is actually really important to me, this is one of the few CVS stores in the area that doesn't stink like mold or mildew when you walk in. read more
