This CVS could certainly use a good scrub/remodel. I've been a few times in recent months and it's been just okay. The strip mall its in has seen better days, and their bathroom (available by requesting the key) is gnarly. It did save me in a pinch, though. I've also noticed long waits to check out. This pharmacy filled the wrong prescription - wrong milligrams. Thank goodness I noticed. I brought it back and they were no help. No refund. Just acted like it was my fault. The clerk even had a good laugh with the guy after me in line about my issue. Used CVS on Cross Keys by pass. Never had a problem. But moved so moved my scripts. This place is actually the worst. My doctor prescribed my rx on Thursday night and said I have to pick it up by tomorrow night in order to stay on track with the doses. On the way home, CVS immediately let me know the medicine was out of stock. I called and asked them if there was an estimated time of when the medicine would be back in stock and the actual answer I got was "Could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks, I don't know." I called another CVS to see if they had it and they informed me that the medicine was only ordered when the medicine or refill is requested and it takes 1-2 DAYS to come in, not "maybe 3 weeks". So I wake up Friday to a message from CVS saying they are preparing my medication, so I was confused, and I called to confirm that the medicine was in stock and that I could pick it up after work, and a woman named Mary calls me back and says the medicine is in stock and can be picked up in an hour. About 4 hours later, I receive another notification saying my medicine is not in stock and needs to be ordered. I, once again, was complete confused and called AGAIN to see what was going on. A man picked up the phone and informed me that the medicine was NOT in stock. So I then asked, "Why did Mary call me at 12:18PM telling me the medicine would be available to pick up in an hour?" the man then proceeded to tell me "Oh well, she THOUGHT it would be here so she just wanted to let you know you could come get it but it never got here." I'm not angry person or one to write reviews but I legitimately couldn't believe how unprofessional this whole transaction was. Everytime I call this store for assistance they either hang up on me before the call has even begun, or hang up on me mid phone call. I have never left a review in my life and plan on deleting this app right after, this has just began to drive me crazy!!! I'm calling because I am confused and need help... They tell you you're Rx is ready for pickup and you go there and they tell you it's not ready and i showed them the text they sent me the answer i got was we didn't send it. Then they told me i would have to come back in 2 hours they were working on on other orders. read more

Now, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt every single time but this pharmacy is absolutely horrible in every aspect. From getting scripts wrong, to having my name under wrong names, to customer service, to closing early and not helping a customer who comes during pharmacy hours. CVS in Williamstown, NJ has been my go to pharmacy for many years. I could always depend on them having my medications. They are efficient, fast and good at their jobs. Never lazy, they are always on top of things. It's just an added bonus that the location is incredible! read more

This Pharmacy is the worst.... there's a black pharmacist who will lie right to your face even told us he didn't work there then told us he was a temporary worker not a pharmacist and another time our luck he was there he said I gave you your prescription when I return to pick up my medicine and then told me he didn't have the medicine and then when I asked for my prescription so I could go to another CVS he came to the window and said he gave me back my prescription .... he was threatening me he would call the cops if I didn't leave no one scares me ..so five times I had to demand that he did have it and why would they say my prescription was done I told him I made the tape off my phone and he said I wasn't allowed and when I told him I was calling up the corporate office and my insurance company and finally he handed me my prescription we do not know what that was about but if CVS challenges I have it on my cell ...finally after going there and talking to Christina who was the head pharmacist she said that wasn't right and she would make sure I didn't have any more problems and she was going to fix my prescription date so it was and at least the middle of the month and then help work it back closer to my doctor's appointment I'd be able to drop it off and pick it up which is in the beginning of the month but CVS had another pharmacist working when she wasn't there and she was the rudest ugliest person I know she gave us so much trouble my prescriptions are now a month late instead of the beginning of the month I have to wait till the end of the month to get them.. Christina is no longer there and now the black pharmacist is in there I guess full-time and he sees me and turns his head he's so rude one of the girls that works there said I don't like him either very quietly .. this is probably one of the worst cvs Pharmacies and their procedures are not up two times they need to look into management and be more for the customer especially when you're sick why do you want to deal with this check my insulin for 3 days gave me wrong needles and wouldn't return them and they yet to fix my prescription dates ... they have a few new girls here now that are sweethearts and they're very polite and professional as they can be but CVS limits them in helping customers they told me make sure you write this ....but they don't know what to do and I think they're scared for their job hopefully someone fixes the big problem of how they CVS CEO customer service management and supervisors are going about treating customers...... read more

The people that work at this pharmacy are so nice that I feel bad posting but the sheer insane ridiculousness of their incompetence has driven me to it and to the letter that I plan to send to their corporate office. They NEVER have things ready when they say they will, once my son's pediatrician called in a prescription and I went about an hour later to pick it up and they told me it still wasn't ready and that if I waited it would be ready in 20 minutes, I had my baby and toddler a sleep in the car but my husband said that he could pick it up then on his way home from work, I explained the situation and then pharmacist said that we wouldn't lose our place and that it would be ready when he got there... he got home 2 hours later with no prescription...because he waited and waited and they never got around to filling it! This was not a one time incident! God forbid you need a preauthorization or them to request a refill, they will tell you again and again that they called and have it and then you go there and NOPE!!!! They always blame the doctor... today we found out that even though we've given them our new health insurance information and card again and again that they have been billing the wrong insurance!!!! One prescription alone was over $400 and when my husband said something about it the pharmacist insisted that we must not have met our deductible!!!! Sooo not we have to try to see if the insurance company can untangle these incompetent people's mess!!! the only reason we've stayed at all is because they are the only cvs in the area that's open late...but no more!!!! Oh and if you give them your cell phone number they will call you again and again and again and even if you ask them to remove it from their system they will still keep calling!!! read more

This pharmacy has been shorting my medications for six months. I find it to be either one or two pharmacists that do it. One is a women and one is a man. I have not seen the man in quite some time so maybe he got caught and got fired. It happens roughly every other script I get filled. This is unacceptable! I am going to begin counting. I switched to this pharmacy about 6 months ago, and It was the worst decision. I will not be back. They lack communication, do not tell you when your prescription is ready to be picked up, and do not call and let you know if your insurance did not refill a prescription. I never had this kind of experience at a pharmacy. It is always crowded and I always have to wait forever. They obviously do not care about their customers! read more

This has been the only pharmacy that I have ever used and within the past two years everything has gone down hill. I loved this pharmacy. Lately my meds are never ready when they're supposed to be, I have changed my address with 4 different people before it was actually changed in the computer, and the customer service is horrible. Whenever I go in to pick up a prescription that has not been filled, I am just told that it is not filled. No further investigation. Next customer please. It would be nice to know the reason that the medication was not refilled....did the office not call it in? Did the script expire or run out? Was it not put on automatic refill?...if so can you please offer automatic refill so we don't have this issue every single month. Some of my meds need to be taken with other meds so if I do not have one script filled then I cannot take the other. This creates major problems for myself and family emotionally, physically, and financially. I'm seriously considering switching pharmacies due to the incompetency and nastiness from the cashier alone upon asking why my meds are not filled. read more
