Zero stars. The pharmacy staff are condescending, abrupt and rude. Training in Customer Service standards is DESPERATELY needed. A pharmacy should provide compassionate & caring Customer Service as the nature of the business is to treat health conditions. I called to see if they were stocked on a prescription my son needs and was hung up on with no answer. I was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get a person and when I did, they were focused on verifying my identity instead of the reason for my call. I'm appalled and in disbelief and the lack of kindness. It's unfortunate that we set our pharmacy as this one with our insurance, but luckily it's approaching the end of the year because i'm cutting all ties to this CVS. As consumers we have options & I will not give this pharmacy my business any longer than I'm forced to. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. The staff made me feel stupid and worthless and as if I just was not worth their time. They could not even give me the time of day, I spoke to two workers and both of them were juglling multiple things at once, which was confusing and disorienting. I understand if someone's busy at their job but this was on a whole other level. I would have been happy to wait but the workers decided to juggle both speaking on the phone and speaking to me. While I did come here confused, which is my fault, they didn't make things any better and instead decided that I was not worth the trouble and turned me away. read more

I come here to fill and pick up my daughters prescriptions. I get a discount with the CVS card which is great. They automatically refill her prescriptions and when the prescription has no more refills they call her doctor. So easy! I get a text when the prescription is ready to be picked up, or with a link for other delivery options. The staff is always welcoming when you walk in, as well as the staff at the pharmacy. read more

She went above and beyond for me to ensure not only did a get my script filled but she also personally handled my insurance and a wallgreens to fix an issue the other pharmacy caused. I get my prescriptions from Walgreens. Have been going to Walgreens for over a decade and they have everything on file - would be too much of a hassle to change pharmacies. But anyway.... I go here occasionally because it's just across the street and it's very convenient when I just need to grab a few items. They also have some pretty good sales every now and then which causes me to want to drop in. It's clean, the employees are friendly and if you just need to grab a few items, it beats having to go to the larger stores, park far away, and then have to stand in line forever. Sometimes it's worth spending a few extra bucks just to save time. read more

This is the ONLY CVS pharmacy I will fill my prescriptions. These people have gone above and beyond for me. Adrene and John are the best pharmacists. I had an issue with a brand of medication that was out of stock and they special ordered it for me! They we're so kind to me. Kept me updated and followed through. People need to give these chain pharmacies a break because they are overworked and have certain protocols that may cause delay or wait times with little staff. read more

Cvs store located in the parking lot of a target with a cvs inside. This CVS offers all the same perks such as the memberships card to swipe for discounts. This one of course has a drive thru which imo makes it better than the one located inside target. Prices are of course a little higher than what you would pay at say Walmart, but the convenience of being able to run in and grab a few things and fun out is a huge benefit. Especially to someone with little kids who may not be feeling good. Parking in the front spot and loading them in a buggy and being in and out in 5 min after grabbing some Tylenol is a lifesaver read more

The pill bottles we received had black gunk on the inside of the rim, and the mini cup for liquid medicine was full of fuzz and gunk. After calling they said "come back and the pharmacist will inspect it for you" after we had gotten all the way home. Unacceptable service and unacceptable especially in the field of medicine. I wish it was possible to give it a zero. They have lost my prescriptions and every single time I go to pick them up there are only 2 people working and a 45minute wait at all times to pick up meds. DONT GO HERE! There is a pharmacy in target. Go there. This place is the worst!!!!! read more

It always seems like every CVS I go to only has one person working at the registers. And I always get stuck behind the lady buying $70 worth of Depends and cigarettes. What's up with that?? lol Other than that, it's your usual run of the mill CVS. Not much changes with the majority of them. read more
