Worst customer service ever received from a pharmacist. Incredibly disappointed in her behavior and the way she presented herself. Also, it was a few minutes before closing so you would assume she just wanted to get out of there instead of doing her job properly. read more

I want to give a shout out to the healthcare team at this pharmacy. When the pandemic hit I took over prescriptions for my elderly mother. The folks here were wonderful. They helped me keep current with all of her new scripts, refills and renewals. Working with my mothers health insurance we got all her major scripts on 90 day supply. Since my mom refuses to go on mail service this helped minimize the trips I need to make to do pickups. As a senior myself, who lives two towns over, that was appreciated Scripts are always ready when they say and everyone is very pleasant when I pickup her scripts. Between the early days of Covid , working as a community provider of vaccines and sheer volume I can't speak more highly of this team. I should note it is helpful to also make use of the automated tools in conjunction with the team here to make every trip to the pharmacy productive. it is also helpful to ask how each script works. Some can't be filled again until only a day or two ahead by Massachusetts law. read more

I hate to agree with the naysayers, but I've been a pharmacy customer here for years now, and service is sketchy at best. (Not talking about front of house; just the pharmacy). I think those who work behind the counter don't communicate with one another much, and there's a lack of motivation to help when there is an issue. I've been brushed aside a few times, when it was actually their mistake. It could be a management issue. (I worked hospitality for 15+ years, so I get it) But it's apparent the staff here don't care about their customers. I hope they can learn to actually care about us, and realize how fortunate they are to have a steady job. And don't tell me patronizingly "we will call you when it's ready" when I can literally see my RX behind you in the basket. I'm thinking of you, big guy with the glasses. Customer service should be your priority, not counting out pills. Sorry not sorry. read more

The worse customer service I've ever seen at a CVS pharmacy. As others have noticed, the wait times are ridulous. And to add a kick in the pants, you get to the register to be told a prescript called in 3 days ago was not filled, and no one knows why. read more

The store was clean, the staff was nice. It is on the smaller size in terms of size but the aisles are loooooooong. And don't you know, there's one aisle right smack in the middle that breaks up the cut through the middle of the store. What dope had this bright idea? read more

I usually like to shop around at as many CVS's as I can when the holiday merchandise goes on sale and since this one is so close to my university I went in to check out what they had after Valentine's Day. Upon entering the front door I immediately noticed a horrible odor. It reeked of wet dog in the store. The smell was so strong I wanted to leave but I couldn't pass up a potentially good deal. I found a few items and headed to the front. The woman at the counter was training a new employee. She started off by answering the phone without acknowledging my presence. Afterwards she scanned my items and when I mentioned that one of the items (red and white tissue paper with hearts all over them) was supposed to be on sale, she gave me a dirty look and asked her colleague if it was true. Of course it was. The tissue paper was originally $1.50 and the mark down was 75%; she charged me a dollar for the item. I didn't have the patience to argue (the wet dog stench was making me light headed at this point) so I ignored it. At the end she didn't even ask for my CVS card, which CVS employees are mandated to do. She took my money and threw the change on the counter for me to pick up. She didn't bother handing me my bag; she had me reach over the counter to get it. I was still standing there collecting the money she dropped and grabbing my bag she left on her side when she started doing something else to "teach" the boy. I work at a CVS and if I was caught doing any one of the things she did to me that day I would have had my ass kicked a couple hundred times for being so damn disrespectful. I pity the boy for having to learn from such incompetence. read more

Always a wait at the pharmacy no matter what time of day, and it also seems that they have 15 people behind the counter with only one person ringing This always leads to a line down one of the aisles sometimes ten customers deep. read more

With the exception of one older woman who is very nice, the pharmacy staff here is rude. I was told my prescription would be ready on 3 days when I went to get it and had to come back a 4th time. Including drop off 5 separate trips for one prescription. When it was finally ready I, the only customer in line was kept waiting for 5 mins while the two women behind the counter were gossiping about some guy who was hot. This is not the first time that similar things have happened. Never again. Walgreens here I come!!! read more

We had some snow today. Ten inches, which is an average snowstorm for this time of year. Showed up a 5 pm to pick up prescription and they had a note on the door saying they closed early due to the weather. The pharmacy staff is nice, but the store itself seems to completely misunderstand its function in the community. What pharmacy closes due to a little bit of snow??? The donut shop, the gas station, the Chinese restaurant, the sandwich shop, the convenience store all managed to stay open. But CVS Pharmacy, which dispenses essential medication, went home 4 hours early at 5 pm, AFTER the storm had ended! What about all the people planning to pick up their medication on the way home from work? CVS on Chandler Street says "Tough Luck." read more
