Horrible pharmacy and customer service. Not only did they have to redo my script every time I went to pick it up, because one of their pharmacy techs related in correct information, I went almost 2 weeks without my pain medication refill which is very dangerous and when I tried to explain what I was told the pharmacist himself was extremely rude and then told my Drs office they will not fill my script anymore. Very unprofessional and rude and possible lawsuit due to the dangerous nature of just stopping my medication. read more

I would give no stars but no such thing. This CVS is one of the worst I have ever been with. I think it starts with management. The only reason I go to this one is that it is the closest to my home. But they s**k in every way. In person on the phone, I have no idea how they hire the people, but they s**k. I usely try to be nice, but there is no excuse for being on hold for now 1 hour 10 min. Just because the website says to call in before they fill my prescription. That is exactly what I have been trying to do for the last 1 hour and 11 min 43 sec. Went to pick up some nyquil for an ill family member and the little snot nosed teenager working there wouldn't sell it to me. Asking for my i.d. Girl, I'm 67 years old. You don't need my i.d. I walked out of there and went down the road to walgreens. We went in for the minute clinic to get our son a sports physical. We called and they said they closed at 4:30. We went and the Doc/MD/PA says "we're done for the day. We close at 4." I'm like , "we called and it said 4:30" Her "we stop at 4:15, but a sports physical takes 30 mins" Mind you, it was 3:50 . Just rude. They started closin early and she jus wanted to go home. Which I understand, however, ur gettin paid to do ur job... SO DO IT! And why lie?? Jus say "my bad, I already closed everything down" we prob woulda laughed cus we get it. read more

Customer service skills suck, no prescription is ever filled when it's supposed to be and they don't seem to care about "you" as a person. When you call your put on hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes and that's if they pick up the phone. I only go here because I like the CVS chain and not Walgreens. read more

I set up a covid test and when I got there, was told the person never showed up. This place is very irresponsible and there was also no one there for the minute clinic either. I do t know why they will let you set up an appointment if no one is going to be there. read more

Then proceeds to tell me I need to reschedule because I was 2 minutes late all while no one else is being seen. Came here today as closet to my work. So glad I did. Omg the service and Angie my NP was excellent. The store was very clean and pharmacy staff also very nice. Had to run in as I had a reaction to some mosquito bites lol. 6 large welts. Hatasan of course says oh no you have a disease lol. Not even close. Waiting now for some RX cream to stop swelling. Then hitting the road home 30 miles. Glad it's Friday. read more

I always use CVS for my pharmaceutical needs and other last minute items when I don't want to drive too far. This location is great for me since it's right down the street from my house. Close to the 410 too if you need to swing in quick. But I won't lie, the drive thru pharmacy is convenient but they are always sooooo slow!! Be prepared to sit for a bit while they process your prescription or even to pick it up. They also seem to forget to call you too when it's ready or when I update my account. Not sure what that's all about. When you go inside the staff at the counter always greet you which is nice. They have always been helpful. read more

I was seen at this one-minute clinic on the following dates 12/24/21 and 12/28/21. To all my military veteran brothers and sisters please do not go to this clinic for any medical attention. While living in San Antonio I have had a history of sinus infections when the weather is crazy. With that being said, I know the signs symptoms that my body gives off when a sinus infection is starting to take over. In years past, I've been seen by previous minute clinic practitioners that have made the correct diagnoses and prescribed me some antibiotics so that I can move forward to the rapid recovery. However, I had no idea that this visit before Christmas was going to be an unprofessional disaster. First, the nurse assistant was so unprofessional by lying to me saying that they were booked up for the day. The nurse assistant looked at me like "OH MY GOD A BLACK GUY" let me tell him that we are full and we have no walk-ins today. Well to her unlimited knowledge I had already booked my appointment and was on the list to be seen. Once, I had my vital signs and COVID test completed then, I went to another room to see the nurse practitioner Michele Flores. I explained to her the symptoms that I was having and how I had them in the past. She then sidetracks the conversation by talking about how bad antibiotics are and how doctors are not allowed to prescribe them anymore because of COVID. Then she went on blabbing about another female patient that had gonorrhea and how antibiotics gave her diarrhea. Talk about violating HIPAA what happens to another patient has nothing to do with my condition. Anyway, the nurse practitioner explained to me that if my condition doesn't clear up or gets worse in a few days then come back to the clinic and she will prescribe me some antibiotics. From Thursday to Monday my sinus infection had worsened, I could barely talk. I went online to schedule another appointment in hopes that the nurse practitioner would keep her word that she would prescribe the antibiotics so that I can feel better. Tuesday morning I show up early because the online website did not confirm my time. And once again I'm greeted by the nurse assistant with a nasty attitude " WE ARE FULL AND WE ARE NOT SEEING ANY WALK-IN PATIENTS'. By this time my name had popped up on the patient screen and I showed her that I've already scheduled my appointment online but it did not show a confirmation time. Then the nurse assistant looked me up on the computer and told me to come back around 12 pm to be seen. When I returned around 12 pm I was greeted by the nurse assistant was she explained that she discussed my condition with the nurse practitioner and they were not going to see me or prescribe me any antibiotics. Then nurse assistant told me to leave the clinic. Due to this horrendous unprofessional experience, I will not shop or go to another CVS pharmacy store in San Antonio, Texas. I will also report this incident to the Veteran Affairs Administration and other Veteran Organizations. read more

Worse pharmacy! They never answer the phone and if you prescription is sent over by e script or fax you literally need to go in person to tell them to fill the prescription they wont fill it for you otherwise until you tell them to do it. They will just keep the prescription in your file until you show up and then you will have to wait up to an hour for them to process it. My doctor sent over a medication yesterday and it still hasn't been filled! It just shows In process in my patient portal. Ive called twice to get it processed and no answer I even waited 25 minutes on one of the calls. Now I'm gonna have to go down there to tell them to fill my prescription and wait an hour for them to process it! read more

Every slow, they were called by another cvs I was headed that way bc the other cvs didn't have, in stock, a med in needed. 15 minutes later I arrived and with NO ONE ahead of me, i was told i will have it in a few minutes, I was told twice it's almost out but I waited 25/28minutes before it was ready. There were 2 other workers laughing and hanging out in the corner which could have helped to speed things up but that's wrong with me expecting workers to actually work. read more

I tell them I don't have a recent one but if you want look at my profile and you can see that 8 am a diabetic. The girl goes and looks at my profile and share saw an old script. She then goes to the dumb ass pharmacist she comes and look and then tells me no!#$& WFT!#&$ !;_&# No? Don't you see I'm a diabetic? She says yes, but your prescription is old. My new pharmacy due to proximity. After three visits, everything's alright! The pharmacy department called to notify me that my prescription was ready and included their service hours in the voicemail - I thought that was pretty convenient so I wouldn't have to look it up anywhere else. A small crowd gathered and in response, the pharmacy staff opened another register to mitigate the queue. Always helpful when you have ice cream melting in the car. As for the rest of the CVS, it's ample and well-stocked, as one might expect the chain pharmacies to be, complete with cheesy romance novels, PEZ dispensers, and $4 boxes of wine. The drive-thru pharmacy always seems busy, so it must be another point of convenience. I also had my passport photo done here last year, and that was expertly handled as well.
