It is difficult to talk to anyone by phone in the Pharmacy, only pre-recorded and pre-program for re-ordering. If I go in to the Pharmacy, wait in line for reorder, generally they MIGHT have it ready in a couple of hours. Frequently long line for RX pick up, at one time it took over 15 min. standing in line to pick up my RX.

When I got there none of them were printed because the printer was not working. When the girl at the register called another employee he stated that it was down all morning and that he would need to reboot it. He then proceeded to reboot and said it would take 5 minutes. Well it ended up taking 30 minutes before it was done and I had to ask again for them to check. This time they were able to print. The girl was very sweet but there was no sense of urgency or the other employee didn't even come back at all to check on the status of the printer. I thought that we would have been helped when she took the pictures to her register and by then two people were lined up and she didn't let them know that we were next, instead she helped them before us. I was disappointed.

After reading so many bad reviews of the pharmacies in Yuma, I was fearful of what I might encounter at a different pharmacy. However, I found the CVS pharmacy in the Foothills to be satisfactory. There were five employees on duty. One was at the drive-thru window, one was at the prescription pick-up counter, and three were busy in the background. The employee who waited on me was efficient and pleasant. There was a line, and it got longer and longer behind me. My main complaint is about their telephone system -- I could not get through to a human. You can leave your number for a call back, which I suppose is better than nothing. I also called the Fry's pharmacy for information, and I found their telephone system to be even worse. Thankfully, I can now get all my medications between Walmart and CVS -- it's just a matter of navigating systems and selecting the best. You have to develop your own personal network of resources for the purpose of staying alive -- do whatever works for you.

When an employee came of to confront me about messing up the shelf.Note he didn't ask if he could help me look for my filter he just told me I couldn't "make a mess" of his improperly stocked shelf... I went to complain to customer service and this poor girl didn't even ask the guys name... Lastly what parts orderer/ manager discontinues stock without having replacements on the shelves and with no time table when stock will be there for their employees to pass on.
