Charles was able to provide same day service. Yay! He tuned up my lawnmower, changed the oil, put a new air filter in and sharpened the blades. Prior to service he started it but it took a couple tries and it sputtered out noxious smoke. After his amazing service it started with a single pull, it was quiet and smoke free!
