He started early installing the lights and mentioned some ideas on hiding the power brick in the attic and running the power wires out the soffit. It was a great idea. Josh is a very motivated young man who takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. He ran into several obstacles installing the lights on peaks and roof jumps and was totally open to alternative wiring runs to make the install look cleaner. Josh is a perfectionist, which is refreshing for a person of his age. Josh worked about 10 hours installing our lights and making sure the installation met our expectations. I can tell you that his professionalism and work ethic exceeded our expectations. He wouldn't leave until we made sure we were happy with the install. I would highly recommend Josh (JPA) for any work that you may need completed. His price is more than fair and I've already recommended him to a couple of our neighbors.

I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.

Most of the time, the only way we would know they had been is they ring the doorbell and let us know they are starting work. All of our trees that they have serviced have never looked better. We were afraid we were going to loose our ash tree, but after a couple years of feeding and an initial trimming of the tree, it now is full of green healthy leaves, instead of the sickly wrinkled leaves it usually had by August. Their arborist recommended a clean out of our lacebark elm, which we thought looked okay. Since they had never steered us wrong before, we told them to proceed. One day we returned home after a day out, and noticed right away that the elm looked a lot better than it had. We B Trees had come while we were gone, cleaned out the problem branches, and cleaned up their mess and left. The only evidence they had been was the note on the door, and the tree looking much better. I would easily recommend We B Trees to anyone needing tree service. Their service is the best we have had, and their rates are very reasonable.

I had a struggle on whether to give 3 stars or 4. I went with 4 because they did get the job done…read more I contacted Jaushua to get a bid on an Oak Tree removal. I sent him a pic and he stated flat rate price of $880. I agreed and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9am. Well, at 9:30am, still a no show. I texted him and he said 30-40 minutes out. If he wanted to make a good first impression, this wasn't it. Call your customer and update them that you'll be running late. It shouldn't be the customers responsibility to call you. When he showed up, he wasn't ready to work, he looked at the tree and mentioned that he might've underbid. I said that's too bad. He contacted his "tree guys" and they were still another hour out. That is a very poor business model, as punctuality and responsibility are important aspects in running a business. When his "tree guys" showed up in a sedan with saws in their trunk, I thought it was a joke. There was no chipper or trailer for tree debris to be loaded in. I was seeing some red flags. One of the guys climbed the tree and threw a strap around the top of the trunk, while the other attached the strap to the front of their sedan and backed up to tension the strap. My thoughts were "oh boy!" They started cutting the trunk and it did fall where they intended it to. They got right to work cutting limbs and cleaning up the debris left behind. They told me they had a trailer coming and it should arrive soon. 3 hours later, a car hauler trailer showed up and the guys started loading the branches on that trailer. It was almost 2 hours later when they finished. My overall thoughts were it was a very unorthodox and unorganized method of tree removal, but in the end, they got the job done and the clean up of the mess was exceptional. Would I use them again, unfortunately, probably not. The price was great, but the whole operation was a tad sketchy. Caveat Emptor.

After the damage occurred, I learned that Angel does not carry insurance to protect customer belongings while they are in his care, custody, and control - something that most professional movers provide. Angel offered a repair, but the information he provided about the repair shop could not be verified. The business name, address, and phone number did not match any legitimate listing. He referred me to a repair person, and I made four separate attempts to gather basic information -- one phone call and three follow-ups. During our initial call, the repairer became defensive when I asked for standard details such as his full name, before-and-after photos of similar leather repairs, or client references. He said he would send photos but never did. My follow-up messages went unanswered even after four attempts. At no point was l able to obtain credentials, a portfolio, references, or any verifiable proof that this individual was qualified to perform a leather repair. Without that information, I could not move forward with the repair option that was presented. Because I was unable to verify the repairer's qualifications and could not reach a credible resolution, l am now pursuing formal avenues for resolution. I'm sharing my experience so future customers can make informed decisions.

I had these guys come out to change a single pillar beam. At first, everything was going smoothly but half way through and towards the end it started going downhill. I understand it was a small project but every customer and project should be treated equally. Anyways, the communication was getting terrible. I called (no name disclosed) on a Friday and he said that they would have someone come out on Monday at 9am. I took off work to have these guys come out at 9am to fix the pillar. At 9:15am I had to make multiple phone calls to two different people, including the owner, before anyone answered. I was told that I would hear back with information when someone was going to come that Monday. At this point it was 2pm, I never heard back so I ended up making calls but even then, they did not pick up nor return my text messages. They contacted my spouse instead to tell my spouse they would be there at 4. It was almost 5 before anyone showed up and the job was just disappointing. This first one, they cut it too short and ended up stuffing an extra piece in, so you could honestly wiggle it, like a loose tooth. I did not see it until 2 days later and contacted them again. They were able to send someone out that same day which was nice. However, the new one they put in was not straight, it had dents, and it seemed like a piece that was scrape. They came back the next day to change it and this third one was much better. The guy whom I was in contact with apologized to my spouse and I multiple times and said they spoke to the guy who came to fix the pillar beam.
