This store in PG is in Smart Centres mall. The one with Walmart, Home Depot, Tim's and Canadian Tire (which makes sense since they own Mark's). They have a large selection of hiking gear, work supplies and something I never knew.... Scrubs. I've known a lot of health care folks that could have benefited by shopping here. Pay attention, Mr!!! They run a clean store with helpful people and great prices. If they don't have it in their massive selection, they're willing to take the time to order it for you. I was able to find some heavy-duty gloves, a couple sets of thick socks and (dare I say it) a couple thermals. A nice young lady suggested a clever idea. Buy a road workers fluorescent vest to wear on my morning walks. It's simple, yet brilliant. We need a place just like this where I live. I would never get tired of shopping here, I just can't justify driving the 1,500 miles. 09/22

I've been on many guided hunts and me, like most hunters can tell when a guide is just "doing a job" or when a guide truly loves "the hunt". I can tell you that Eric and Monica truly love what they do. We hunted hard and saw good bears every day. Needless to say, we tagged out on some georgeous black bears. My son had the time of his life and I am grateful for the effort that Eric and Monica put in to making our time with them so memorable. We had a semi-lengthy discussion on our lifestyle and how we would be using our footwear. Hiking? Running? Casual strolling? etc. We then tried on three or four different styles of boot before settling on our investment. I'm still floored over the time and meticulous nature in which they assisted us in arriving at the perfect boot for each of us. I can justify the cost in a purchase like this. Literally the worst service. I just got engaged and was excited to start crafting. I saw online…read morethat I could do curbside. I had a 60% of coupon really just wondering where I could use it. I call customer service and I was told straight up "that's a separate with it being online, I can't help you." Fine, I tried letting it go and ordered online for curbside. As I arrived to curbside and called like suggested I was rudely answered by phone. Asking me if I "even got an email, do you even know if your order is ready?" Before even knowing. Having it been 5 hours since my order was placed she made me feel stupid. I was just surprised why the need to be so rude. We end up exchanging i went to pick up my items. As I went back to the car I wanted to make sure A. My order was ready and B. That I didn't need anything else....before I got to finalize I had a knock on my window from an employee asking if I got all my items. I said yes I just wanted to verify I didn't need anything else. She then tells me " Well this is our busy time and your order wouldn't be ready today anyways." Even then I didn't know but there is a way to speak to people, times are rough now and kindness goes a long way. "I then said no problem, I wanted to know just in case I should order for tomorrow then. She said "our busy time is right now so if you leave that would be great, thanks." Never in my life have I been talked to. I wanted to go off but better yet I will never shop at this location again.
