Now i do have to admit that the parts department is not too bad. But the sales department is incredibly bad! And while they all seem terrible at their jobs, that guy named Wayne is the epitome of horrible to deal with. Loud and arrogant, and absolutely useless. Want to see the worst sales person on earth, go there and ask for Wayne. He is hard to miss, very tall, and extremely loud, super arrogant, and totally useless! As a final note, the address and business name are incorrect. It is now called PG Motorsports and sells Arctic Cat as well as Yamaha, and is at 2005 Redwood street. What used to be the old Toyota dealership, its not on the corner of 20th and Queensway any more.

On our trip from California to Alaska we needed a repair to the brackets that hold our awning…read moreaffixed to the 5th Wheel. We showed up about 10am and Richard, the owner, fit us in right away. They fixed the two brackets, did a touch-up paint job to make the fix look professional. They also discovered and fixed a leak in the propane regulator. They did a propane pressure test to check the entire system. We had bent one of the stabilizers which they also replaced. The work was completed early that afternoon. We were very impressed by their professionalism, acknowledgement of our need for the repairs in a short time frame, excellent work, and friendliness. Also impressed by Uba, the tech, and Sara in the Office. Highly recommend NR Motors.

I brought my vehicle to HAF Tire & Service to have an oil leak repaired. During the repair, I…read morereceived a call advising me that my A/C belt had been removed and that they were unable to install a new one because it required a special Subaru tool that they wanted me to purchase for them to keep!?! I declined the additional work and asked them to sell me the new belt and I would install it myself. When I picked up my vehicle, the air conditioning no longer worked. I later discovered that the original A/C belt had never been removed and was still installed, despite being told otherwise. This meant I had purchased a replacement belt that was not needed. I had to complete a road trip without air conditioning because I believed the issue was related to the belt. Once I arrived, we inspected the system and found the bolts securing the A/C hoses to the compressor were only finger-tight. The refrigerant had leaked from that connection. After tightening the bolts and trying recharging the system, the A/C worked again. I contacted HAF Tire & Service to discuss these findings. They denied removing the belt, denied working on the A/C system, and declined to take responsibility for the unnecessary belt purchase and the loose A/C hose connections. I understand that unexpected issues can arise during vehicle repairs, but lying to and misleading a customer is unacceptable. I expect accurate and clear communication about the work performed and a willingness to investigate concerns when a problem appears immediately after service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

I heard from a co worker that this company works on their work vehicles and has a record of being fast and extremely thorough. I dropped by to get an idea an idea of what it would cost to fix some of the problems my vehicle has been developing and what other services might bring a little life back into a truck ive grown extremely fond of. Their service team was extremely friendly and helpful in directing me through a plan to get my truck operating the way it used to. While they looked into the steering issue i came in for i engaged in a conversation with one of the younger technicians. As he was pulling tires off a delivery truck he mentioned how he had been hired a few months prior and was taken off guard by how engaged this company is in the development of its employees and how much time they spend as a team to work on new methods and techniques to stay ahead of the curve. Off he went to shadow the inspection they were set to do on my vehicle. Its not often that you see a company show itself to be a community and from what i could tell there was some pretty eager knowledgeable members sharing skills and information. I came back in the afternoon to get my truck and a list of fixes that would improve my experience. I booked in the next week for a few that i could afford at the time and they took care of it quickly and at a reasonable rate. Got my truck back nice and clean and it feels like it pumped years of life back into how it drives. Was absolutely fantastic dealing with this company and i feel good about supporting such a connected and knowledgeable group of people. Great job!
