*review based on last years visit*…read more I have been motorcycle shopping for quite some time and given some free time in my day while in prince george I took a while to go check out the local dealerships. I have not owned a Harley Davidson, and I am not the type to buy something because everyone else buys it. I have learned about significant improvements on the engine design to new Harley's so I thought it would be good to go visit. The show room is very clean and laid out well, and the first staff to greet me were friendly. I told them I was window shopping but in the market for a cruiser. The lady that greeted me said that the owner was there and would be happy to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately I may have been better off talking with anyone else. The owner came by while I was sitting on a FatBoy and asked if I had any questions. I did, and my first question I though was a good one.. "Why should I buy a Harley?" His retort "cos they're the best" full stop, arms crossed. I asked why, and he provided that they are endlessly customizable. I replied, "with a higher price point in every class, why is what makes them better translating in to spending even more money?" He didn't have an argument, and it seems he wasn't really interested in providing me with an unbiased approach. What really rubbed me the wrong way here, is that I could have sold someone on the "why's" better than the owner of this dealership.. and I have no sales experience. Why not point out that the craftsmanship in paint and chrome is industry leading. Why not point out the signature sound of the mufflers, why not mention that there are more dealerships to service ones bike along the open road than almost all other brands?? It seems he is content to rest on "Cos they're the best" Not enough for me unfortunately. My experience at Trev Dealy in Vancouver was leaps and bounds ahead of this location. Im not knocking Harley here, as you can tell, I am solely commenting on my experience as a perspective customer. Im not sold on buying a Harley Davidson. I have had much better experiences when talking with Honda and Victory Sales people. Later this year, Ill post a Picture of the Motorcycle I end up buying. Stay tuned. Over the years I have owned a LOT of motorcycles, snowmobiles, outboards etc. Most dealers try to…read morebe good, and do a pretty good job of earning a customer and making them happy...and then there is this place, wow what a disaster of a business. Now i do have to admit that the parts department is not too bad. But the sales department is incredibly bad! And while they all seem terrible at their jobs, that guy named Wayne is the epitome of horrible to deal with. Loud and arrogant, and absolutely useless. Want to see the worst sales person on earth, go there and ask for Wayne. He is hard to miss, very tall, and extremely loud, super arrogant, and totally useless! As a final note, the address and business name are incorrect. It is now called PG Motorsports and sells Arctic Cat as well as Yamaha, and is at 2005 Redwood street. What used to be the old Toyota dealership, its not on the corner of 20th and Queensway any more.

On our trip from California to Alaska we needed a repair to the brackets that hold our awning…read moreaffixed to the 5th Wheel. We showed up about 10am and Richard, the owner, fit us in right away. They fixed the two brackets, did a touch-up paint job to make the fix look professional. They also discovered and fixed a leak in the propane regulator. They did a propane pressure test to check the entire system. We had bent one of the stabilizers which they also replaced. The work was completed early that afternoon. We were very impressed by their professionalism, acknowledgement of our need for the repairs in a short time frame, excellent work, and friendliness. Also impressed by Uba, the tech, and Sara in the Office. Highly recommend NR Motors.
