This location is a longer distance from where I usually live however luckily it is not in a congested area. They had their own parking lot which wasn't crowded because I hate waiting for parking. When I walked in it wasn't too busy in the reception area. There is Fox News which was on the television (I'll do my best not to pass judgement there lol). The receptionist were friendly and helpful. After I sat down...I waited about 5 minutes. Afterwards, the nurse weighed me on the scale and took my blood pressure and temperature. I waited about another 10-15 min in the room for the doctor to do her thing. At first she kind of threw me off when she entered the room due to the fact that she practically rushed into my room. Like she was in a hurry. She kind of mad when she cut me off when I wasn't finished telling her what my issue was. I wanted her to realize she was talking to a person and remember her bedside manner. Especially considering I am going to be a physician and having other physicians work for me. Eventually that wall came down and her tone became more gentle. It improved to the point where I scheduled another appointment. I will return. Overall decent experience. Their walls are really thin and you can hear everyone's person business through these walls which is a big no no. I absolutely hate that. read more

I was referred here by my urgent care doctor over at Next care. It's funny, I found Next care online because of their extraordinary Yelp reviews... Which they earned believe me... they are the MODEL of customer service. So, when I looked up Cy-Fair Medical Partners and noticed they had abysmal reviews... I was worried. They are just around the corner from my house however. That combined with the fact that Next care referred them convinced me to give them a chance. I am so glad I did! This is a convenient one stop shop offering primary care, gyno, and even draw blood on location. Wait Time: Pretty standard. Not too long, but not as fast as Next Care. Receptionists: Pleasant Medical Assistant: ***Shining Star!! I LOVE Melissa. She was so kind, and friendly. Nurse Practitioner: Gwen, very nice. Enjoys educating her clients and uses this pretty cool screen to show you whats going on in your body. Phlebotomist: I have to rave about Rudy!!! OH MY GOD... most phlebotomists poke around in my arm like they're excavating for the Lost Ark. Luckily, I'm not squeamish about that, but I don't appreciate the bruising that comes with their ineptitude. RUDY however, literally sank it in once, and it was done! FIRST SHOT!! *get it??? hahaha.... The paper gown they give you is a JOKE... I refused to wear it. Its a paper shirt and a tiny paper blanket. I felt highly vulnerable in it. This was the only negative mark. But not enough certainly to reduce their score. All in all, they earned top marks from me, and will be my new providers in Houston. read more

I came in to get my knee checked out since it was so bad I could barely walk. So I decided to check these guys out since they're located close by my house.... well BIG mistake. I came in 30 minutes early (like they asked) and I filled out my paperwork and everything to try and get looked at as soon as possible. Well to my surprise these guys had me waiting an hour and a half just to check my knee -____- so I was already pretty upset when I got looked at. What made all of this worse was the doctor honestly did not seem to know what she was talking about (I know this because I went to a reputable doctor that diagnoses something different). Well needless to say she looked at my knee, didn't even touch it to check it out and gave me a different diagnosis than what it is. The worst part is they charged me almost $200 for all of this I suggest you try a different clinic if you don't want to wait for hours upon hours just to get looked at, and then have an uninterested doctor come and "help you". Today was such an AWFUL experience at front desk with snippy receptionist I never even made it back to see doctor. I had appt time mixed up (by 20 min), office only had @ 5 other people there for 4 other doctors.... Receptionist was rude, went to break room, like she was speaking to Dr @ seeing me since I was SO late, came back and told me I would have to reschedule for month 1/2 away, due to office policy, even though I had fasted for testing. I will be looking for another doctor-even though I do like my doctor very much..I cannot tolerate her inefficient, rude, snippy, discriminating staff-not one more time!! read more

I am SO mad. I haven't even stepped foot into this place and I already have a negative opinion about it. I called over a month ago to schedule my annual well women's exam for a Thursday at 4pm. Today I just received a call to confirm for my appointment for FRIDAY at 4pm. I am so upset because I thoroughly told the appointment girl that I want it for THURSDAY and she even asked me at the end to double check the appointment date. I know for a fact I told her the right date because I was writing my time off request for work while I was talking to her. How can they mess up something as simple as that? I tried calling the office right after I received the confirmation call to see if they can schedule me for Thursday at the same time and it turns out that the nurse practitioner doesn't even work on Thursdays. This is the second Cyfair Medical Partners location I've experienced. Even the first one is horrible. My best advice to anyone looking to come here: DONT EVEN BOTHER. If they can't schedule a darn appointment right I wouldn't even trust the office with my health or any of my medical paperwork. read more

My family members have visited this doctor's office many times. Only a few visits have gone without incident. On most of the visits there have been problems with the nurses or the front desk. The front desk lady is extremely mean. I've received several upset phone calls from my wife after the front desk people have intentionally kept her waiting extra time, or misunderstood insurance and become angry at us when they were mistaken. One suspicion is that the staff are generally dissatisfied with their job / lifestyle and are taking it out on the customers. On an annual physical I made it extremely clear that I needed a certain lab test performed because of previous medical issues. When I received my results they had not done the tests, despite collecting samples for it. The doctors here are tolerable. They are close to home so its convenient. However the staff is so bad they could eventually force this place to close. I hope they read this review and turn the ship around. read more

I can't believe the doctor prescribe me Mucinex over the counter medicine while I am coughing until I turn red and have green and yellow mucus!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. You go to check in, and they have two receptionist for different doctors. I called to schedule with a specialist, and couldn't be seen by that specialist. I told the lady when scheduling who I needed to see. Now I am without an appointment with the right doctor and I took the day off from work. I wouldn't recommend this place if they can't get it right. I asked for a note since they waisted my sick day, and was denied. Y'all were wrong so I need to pay a co-pay and see the wrong doctor in order to get a note. Dag on shame. Get it together when communicating with patients. They are not professional at all. They could not make appointment schedule became easier for patients. I had the doctor order for ultrasound, and the doctor said they already sent the order to imaging center and imaging center will call me for scheduling appointment. Today I received a call from imaging center, I said I want to make schedule but they said they need to call the doctor first for the order. The last thing I wanted was going back and forth only for scheduling appointment. Waste of time. read more

This is the nearest doctor office that accepts my insurance. I have no complaints about the doctor except that in the 4 visits that I have been there she has never touched be except to shake hands. No checks for breath sounds, heart sounds or lumps. I was there last and spent over 30 minutes in the waiting room (that's a norm there) so I made another appointment. Which was seriously only to renew a prescription. No touching or exam necessary. So when I returned, early for the appointment (that's my nature) I spent 30 minutes in the waiting room, was called back where they weighed me, then to another room where the assistant took my other vitals and asked me questions. That took 10 minutes, then I sat in the room over another 35 minutes and gave up. I went out to make another appointment and the doctor happened to see me. She asked me to come back and would be there soon. True to her word she was and all of my issues and wishes were completed in 10 minutes. Bottom line 2:30 appointment lasted till almost 4pm to simply ask for a prescription refill. I said now you can go ahead and take care of sick people. I am not sick. I think their system (15 minute apart appointments that can't be honored) needs an overhaul. So my 2:30 Appointment lasted 1.5 hours. Bring reading material or some other distraction like a movie to pass the time. read more

I had an appointment set for 9:45, I showed up at 9:20 as I was already out so I checked in early. The staff was not nice or welcoming. They were not necessarily rude but definitely didn't go out of there way to make a new patient feel welcome. Then I finally go called back at 10:20, 35 minutes after my appt. time. The Nurse was pretty cold and not personable. Did her thing, checking my blood pressure, temp etc. then she just left the room without saying anything. 40 minutes later I was still in the room and had not seen the Doctor. Not to mention I have my 1 year old with me the entire time. I go out to the front to tell them that I want a refund because it is taking to long. At this point it is almost an hour and 1/2 after my appt time. And no one at the front desk, tries to fix it, see if someone else can help me, or tell me it will just be two minutes, or wait... I dont know, even apologize!!!!!! The lady cant even figure out how to issue a credit right. At least 10 minutes after I left the "Practice Manager" called and said she was sorry.
