Went here to get my hair done for my birthday trip and unfortunately ended up butchered by ESTELA…read moreALEXANDER, I went in for a cut and a dye (dark brown) she cut off more than agreed upon (for reference my hair was about mid back and she ended up leaving me with choppy unblended and uneven shoulder length hair, when dying my hair she did not part it at all she just began grabbing sections and applying dye, during the whole service she was sighing and talking about how she wanted to be done already and was ripping through my hair starting from top to bottom even when blowdrying it she was going in every direction and then brushing straight through it from top to bottom with the round brush which left me with more damage than I had to begin with, she ran shampoo through my hair THREE times and I had dye all over my face (still do) due to her not being cautious, after the service i didn't want to say anything because she had been rude throughout the service and I cried on the way home and tried speaking with her the next day (today) in regards to the situation and to see if I could get refunded she told me she could only do a partial refund and then ignored me when I explained to her I don't think it's right and that I should get the full amount back due to me having to go somewhere else to fix my hair, she offered to cut it again which I declined and after that she blatantly ignored my text and calls regarding the situation, my mom ended up speaking with everyone else at the salon regarding the situation and they were EXTREMELY understanding and helpful in resolving all the issues ESTELA had caused for both me and my sisters services, they were great and I do recommend their services however I would stray from any services with Estela , I attached some pics below of the hair and how she handled this situation (an apology from her during any part of this situation would've been nice but she chose to be extremely unprofessional unfortunately)
