Service Requested was a Brazilian Wax. Quality-Poor I still…read morehave hair which kind of defeated the purpose of going. I also paid $108+ $20 tip & they charged me a service fee because I used my Debjt Card. The Vibe is decent .. I thought once they told me it was $108 over the phone that I would be getting what I paid for .. maybe like spa treatment walk in get offered a bottle of water maybe even a sitting area. But no that was not included in the $108 fee . The esthetician who did my wax ,was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the community. She also made me feel very comfortable. But the service I paid for was not met. I still have several strands of hair which at this point is sad. They also claim they are using a special gelled wax to prevent pain. They used a 10 minute topical that is a waste of time because I still felt the pain of the hair being removed from my skin! It was also a weird experience she asked me to go on my knees to complete my wax .. I've been getting waxed about 15 years now and never had I got on my knees .. so I really didn't understand the method but hey!! The more areas the better!! But yeah no I still have hair in that area too lol.. I truly had high hopes, even after the topical and it was not painless .. and not receiving like a 5 start treatment for a $108 purchase . I just knew when I got home it would feel like butter but no I'm left with hair and tons of powder . I even had wax still attached to my skin. I guess if you like wasting money this is a great place. But unfortunately I will not be returning.
