I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a dear friend two days ago, and it was supposed to be same day delivery, Given Monday was a holiday, they should deliver on Tuesday, but NOTHING. Knowing selection may be limited given the craziness that is 2020, I had a nice chat over the phone with the personable florist about what I was looking for, and he certainly delivered. My mom was ecstatic, said it was exactly her style and texted lots of pictures. She's always pleased to receive flowers but she was definitely more excited than usual.
