The works means more than just a hot dog on a bun. Then there are the battered mushrooms. Very very small and very very greasy. We had received 11 tiny mushrooms for 6.50. In years past, this was a great place at which to eat and hang out. Now, it seems to be an excuse to have a business and try to make as much money as possible on bad food, bad service, and bad work ethics. We weren't impressed. We have many friends who live, and visit Winnipeg Beach, Matlock, and Gimli. We won't be recommending this place to any of them. We will definitely not be back either.

For my recent visit I went with their cherry cheesecake ice cream. I liked it! It had a flavourful cherry and cheese taste, and it's a hard ice cream, which I usually prefer over soft ice cream.
