The staff were amazing, informative and customer attentive. The wife got a pumpkin chai tea and absolutely loved it. I got a Kratom tea Red and honestly it is the best one I have ever had. No back taste that makes you curl smooth and tasty!!! After chatting with the staff and being informed of all the weekly events they have going on this may become one of our... We out the house without the kids places to go. They have seating everywhere even outside for smokers. The environment is very clean and inviting. Drink to coat ratio is on par for teas, but the taste is higher than most. For the kratom it was a great price 24oz for 14$ is really getting your monies worth!!! We will definitely be coming back. They have a great drink selection including coffee, tea, Kratom, kava, and beers. It's such a chill spot to just have a drink and relax and vape if you're into that. It's not smoky and people aren't blowing ridiculous amounts of vape smoke. As well as being a cool place to hang out and relax, they have trivia every Wednesday at 7. They have a huge selection of vapes and flavors. Service is always on point.

An attachment to my water pipe had broken. I went to different shops in town and was either…read moreignored, blown off, or told "we will see if we can get it". But not at Supreme...I went in and the owner was there and helped me. He informed me how rare the piece is I am looking for, and suggested a new pipe for now and he would begin a hunt for what I needed. So we went to work trying to find a new water pipe and, with his help, I found one that I have ended up loving! Had it for a couple months now. I went back in last week as a follow up to see if he found the piece I need. He hadn't but suggested a work around until he finds it. The idea worked great...until my cat decided my pipe needed to be attacked for some reason, and it fell of counter and his work around broke...pipe was fine! Heading in today to get a new 'work around' and see if he has found what I need. Both he and his employee were great! Kind, attentive, and dealt with my being very indecisive without a hint of annoyance. I know I would have been if I had been assisting me. But these two were stellar. I cannot imagine me going anywhere else in Winter Haven while I live here!

What I like the most is they're not like most of the other "smoke" shops who are all about e-cig, vapor and bongs. I'm giving it 3 stars because the past couple times I've been in the walk-in humidor it didn't smell right. Maybe it needs a good cleaning. Maybe the humidity got too high and caused the odor. The prices are good enough and you're likely to find the common brands. Service has always been adequate but I know where I'm going and what I want.

I'd much rather spend my money at a local business, but it looks like I'll have to revert to ordering online as there aren't any other options in my area. Even the selection of accessories is a bit bare. Perhaps the market in this area isn't great, but offering the ability to order products and have them shipped to the store would certainly make me a loyal customer.

That being said, I've run into that in one of the other local stores as well. Maybe inventory just doesn't move in Winter Haven. I do have to say that the staff is friendly and doesn't follow you around like you're a recently released felon, unlike the other stores. This appears to be mostly a vape shop, so maybe if I was in to that instead of premium cigars, my opinion would be different.
