The…read morereason I took the time to leave a review is because the owners/operators of this establishment are very nice, and helpful individuals. I recently had issues with some disposable vape pens I purchased there and they were very understanding about it all and swapped me out. I was worried about it beforehand because smoke shops tend to drop the ball in these customer service situations sometimes. I was relieved that they were understanding and willing to work with me. I will definitely be buying from this place whenever I have the chance and so should you!

Out of the 5 occasions that I've attempted to stop in after 9am, 10 and 11am, and finally 12pm, they were only open once around 11/12. I don't know how they plan to survive, let alone maintain a loyal customer base, if they're rarely open at the appointed time. Their customer service & communication will need a lot of work before a nice selection of products/prices can even begin to be relevant.

This smoke store has the worst customer service and ran by liars. I visited this store and was…read morecharged $28 for a Fume that was broken. I opened it and hit it in front of two of the staff members and advised them that it was broken and had a burning plastic/no flavor taste. I believe this store overcharges so much money due to the fact that they're hurting for business because of terrible staff. The staff member than proceeded to take it from me and hit it herself and was exaggerating that nothing was wrong with it. 5 minutes later when I'm leaving the store she proceeds to tell me "yes I still taste the vape flavor! That tastes great!" TLDR; Staff member gaslighted into not giving me a refund and making me question my own belief. Store is extremely overpriced and charged 20-30% more than other local stores. Wont be going here again.
