After our previous venue fell through we were on the search to find a new one close by. We had…read morepassed Bowery many times going to the dog park and were always curious! After meeting with Sarah we were hooked. The rooftop offers a beautiful city vibes area with lights, second floor is surrounded with windows to see the gardens area and the beautiful tree and the 1st floor gives you that industrial vibe. This venue was more than we could have ever imagined. Both the bride and groom suite was so well decorated and designed ; we had so much fun getting ready with our friends in there. All of the venues owners are absolutely amazing and answered all of my annoying questions lol. I am a florist/ wedding decorator myself and this place was so easy to add to and enhance the space. I would 1000% recommend booking Bowery for your wedding/ event. I need to have another event soon so I can come back Thank you guys X100 for everything Thea + Andy

Wedddding Flow!!! This is a quaint event center with an awesome 3 levels…read more Parking: This is a stand alone building, so there is a separate parking lot on the premises. First Level: Ceremony Space!!! This is a lovely space. If you are sitting in the back, it may be a bit hard to see and hear. But I think if you bring in your own DJ, the sound may be your responsibility?? The Rustic look of the ceremony space is beautiful and did I mention that it is covered. It technically indoor/ outdoor. Half of the first floor is walled off and the other half allows for a nice breeze to flow. Not to mention that they have a large fan under the pavillion. Second Level: The reception! Parrrrrtay anyone!!! This level is accessible via the elevator or the stairs. This room is large enough to fit circle, square, and oblong shaped tables. It is also large enough to fit the dinner buffet in it as well and a bar area. The restrooms on this floor is limited, but no worries, if they are occupied, you can easily go to another floor! Third Level: Rooftop... Woooohoooo!!! This rooftop is beautiful and spacious. This is accessible via elevator and via stairs. The set up included cocktail tables and minimal seating. Also, there are a few outdoor/patio umbrellas, but when the sun is out, man this place is hot!!! So, just be ware. If you have a summer time event, please wait until the sun goes down or provide plenty of coverage. There is also a bar set up on this level. In essence, this is a nice venue for a wedding or a swanky party. It looks like they give their hosts flexibility with decor, food, and DJ. The best part of it all is that it is a stand alone and has its own parking.

They had a little pony the kids were able to ride, and then they got to feed animals and take a ride in a cart around the premises! First were goats, sheep, and deer. Second stop was to feed some little horses and alpaca. Third stop was to feed two llama. They also have an area with parrots- one of them yelled out "hiiiiiiiii" then laughed hysterically. I love that parrot. Great time was had by all the kids, who ranged in our group from 1-5 or so.

Doesn't look like much when you drive past - okay, I'm using the canned Yelp message there - and,…read moreif you arrive at night, it's likely that you'll drive right past it. The Palladium is located on a one-way freeway frontage road, so you can't make a U-turn to get there if you pass it up. But it's not one to avoid. The Palladium is not a franchise of a nationwide company named after Arthur Murray or Fred Astaire. It's a local concern, and doesn't offer as much as the other two studios I listed. I've gone to their Latin events, and here's what it looks like: They have in-house instructors, and also bring in people from outside Houston. (I wrote about California's Kathy Reyes in two prior reviews, I hope she's reading this and makes the trip to Houston some time!) They have classes, and they have dance parties. Both are run well, charging market rates. Lots of parking. One medium-sized dance floor, two smaller studios. The bar sells drinks, both alky and non-alky. Restrooms are deep in the bowels of the building, down the hall to the left. The people who come are a good company, and are fixinta learn to dance better and to have fun. The social dance community of Houston is smaller than in other cities, so there's much overlap from one instructor to another, and it's likely that you'll meet someone there who you danced with somewhere else. I haven't met any snobs yet, but you can't assume that they won't be there. I first went to the Palladium for New Years Eve. I've been several times since then. The experience was similar to others I've been to in other cities. I've had a good time, and never drove home thinking "well, that was a waste of a hundred mile drive one-way." Beaumont simply has nothing like The Palladium, likely because few people in the Coonie Triangle are interested in ballroom or Latin dancing. I encourage you to find a class or party and stop on by.

Really great dance classes - very friendly to beginners and very easy to follow. Took salsa and…read morebachata classes here and would highly recommend going here.
