The only thing really bad is the main customer service center - they barely speak English and they always make mistakes on the appointments so I try to make the next appointment each time I'm actually there on location. Issues only occur when I have to make a change to my appointment for some reason with the main customer service which is obviously out of the country. The app also doesn't pick up any appointments made in person or if you are on a package deal.
