There is a lot of confusion as to appointment locations....first you are told to be at one location and the next day they call you and tell you it's a different one. We delayed in the waiting room for 1 hour and 45 minutes past our appointment time. While waiting, another patient blew up at the receptionist regarding how long it was taking for him to get in to his appointment. It must be common practice to overbook patient slots. Dr. Nuendorf acts very caring in the initial appointment, but, if you need to reach him for any problem or to book appointments with him so you can speak to him, it's virtually impossible. You are only allowed to see the physicians assistants and can only talk to the nurse who is VERY unprofessional. This is a pain clinic.....patients are in pain. Dealing with this office only makes the pain worse.

Dr. Angela is an extremely thorough chiropractor and she takes her time in getting to know what is going on and does not rush her way through adjusting her patient. Chara loved how gentle she was and how she explained what was going on and how she was working to correct it. While Chara was being adjusted, Don, her assistant gave me a tour of heir beautiful office and stupid me forgot to take photos - but I will next time. It is so pretty and so serene. After seeing a ENT specialist when this first happened they tried the maneuver and it did nothing. I was sent home with exercises and told to come back in ONE YEAR.
