I had Josh's estimate 24 hours after our initial meeting. They fixed miniscule hairline cracks; caulked/prepped every hole, dent, flaw; fixed a bad "repair" (done by former owner's not-so-handyman) on the sloped ceiling at the top of the stairs that probably saved me $$$ in future repairs. They respected my belongings, covering everything as they went. They asked questions as to my preferences as they went. They arrived on time each day, and cleaned up each day.
