Instead, we were charged for the most expensive oil change they offer without clear explanation. On top of that, I was given a quote for almost $2,000 in recommended repairs right before we were leaving to go out of town. I didn't feel comfortable with what I was being told, so I decided to get a second opinion instead. I took my car to Ronnie Watkins, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem for less than $100. When my husband called to question something, the guy in the office was rude.
