There was communication along the way, which I greatly appreciated, but it tied up my entire afternoon. When the 2 young men got there, they were very nice and apologetic, which was all well and good.. and appreciated but..... When they finalized the on-site quote, it was $828!!! FAR different than I had been told. I told him never mind (although then wasn't sure what my next plan was!) and he was able to juggle the price with his supervisor.. still no where near what I had been quoted over the phone, but better than $828.
