They also gave me a refund for half of the work because I did have the dumpster for a week, and they still needed to cover fuel cost for picking up and dropping off the dumpster. Even though I didn't use it. I talk to the owner personally and he was happy to work something out with me and come to a reasonable resolution. Once again I would like to say it again just as I said it before, they are good to work with, and also they did make the situation right. So I am also revising the rating to reflect this out fairness.

He even hauled away a few large bags that I wasn't able to fit into the dumpster at no extra cost. Great people to deal with. Used J&D Disposal to rent a 20 yard dumpster to clean out my father's house after he passed away…read more Everything went great. Called them back for a smaller one to finish the job. Noticed some scratches when it was delivered. No one was there for pickup and when I went back, even more scratches to the cement. Mind you, the cement was just redone about a year ago. The scratches are about 20" long and I tried brushing them out. We're about to sell the house so we contacted the manager to explain the damage caused. The manager pretty much said too bad so sad, that it's on the receipt that they are not responsible for cracks or scratches. He suggested we should have put it in the street. Just sad that they don't back their business and we're ok with ruining a customers cement.
