Let me start off by saying, I am a young woman and people try to take advantage of my naive looking face but larry and michelle didnt, even when it wouldve been so easy to. I strolled up to the shop at the end of the evening and Larry took time to diagnose my problem, quote me and even help me find a place to stay the night, all for free. It took 3 days just to fix the problem, and he managed to find me a new transmission in the next town over, while Michelle worked hard to deal with my sh*tty warranty company. To make a long story short, they fixed my problem AND managed to get the company to cover it, even though it was a tough battle! I am new to the whole truck-owner thing, and I felt very well taken care of. He explained everything in detail and he really knew his stuff. (He took the truck for a diagnostic run and knew the problem 500 feet from the shop). He was very thorough with the work and you can just tell he is a great guy, and very hard working. What was great is that being stranded in a remote place like this, they really helped us not just with the car, but surviving there for days. And here is something you dont find with most mechanics: at the end of such an awful and stressful ordeal, we still keep in touch like ol' friends. Would not recommend this place for any one if you want an expensive short term fix. Another time our car was brought in because it had a stability trac service needed, supposedly it needed a whole new engine. Well they had it for about 5 months before we got it back, and about a month or so of having it the engine seals went out on it. 100% don't recommend.

Everyone else was closed for the evening, but Edgar came back to his shop to see if it was a simple repair he could help us with. Turned out we needed a part that, because of the holiday and weekend, would take 5 days to get. He drove us to a hotel and kept in contact the entire time. When the part arrived, he repaired the car immediately and brought the car to us at the hotel. His cost was a fraction of what the dealership in Lincoln would have charged us. Can't say enough good things about Edgar and his professionalism and willingness to go out of his way for customers.
