Told us our project (turning an outbuilding into a man cave $70,000) would take 2 months, but it…read moretook 8 months; additional cost for storage was almost $2,000. Broke our well then to fix it, they hooked up 230 volt pump motor to a 115 volt electrical panel - cost us $1,200 to fix the mess they left. Wired HVAC, but only heater worked. Did not paint top and bottom of inside doors; doors expanded and cannot be closed - cost to fix will be ~$400. Hooked up RO system and neglected to connect reservoir. Incorrectly installed ceiling fan and could not get it balanced. Installed siding on overhang of porch, but did not seal ends - squirrels built nest as did other critters in the ceiling of the overhang. Submitted a $2,500 bill for electrical work for which they gave us no quote. Painted cabinets and installed veneer on front of bar - colors do not match. Wanted specific shower, but they ordered cheaper one, so we didn't get what we wanted with built-in soap and shampoo holder. Installed closet rod and shelf so high it could not be reached by me (5.5 ft woman) nor could anything be put on the shelf because of opening only 4 inches from door frame. Installed toilet paper holder under towel bar, so if towel hanging, could not see toilet paper holder. Needed water and sewer lines; they dug up to complete the work then did not correctly compact the earth, so we are dealing with sink holes in our yard. I could go on and on, but will leave it at this. We will be taking them to court to recover some lost costs due to their ineptness. To top it off, we found out after the fact that they are not even licensed for construction, HVAC, electrical or plumbing. Al Horner, owner of the company, lied to us several times. Don't walk, RUN away from this company.

I would leave zero stars if I could honestly…read more.... the sales team tactics are sleazy and that should have been my tip off that the whole thing is a scam!!! I needed new windows due to wood rot and thus ordered 2 new sets of windows for our master bedroom and our basement bedroom. I was told the night of my purchase that the window installation team would be able to fix the rotten wood that the window was resting on and that I would be getting new windows what I got were windows inserts placed directly on the rotten wood with....9 inches of trim.....I have never ever seen a window with 9 inches of trim and as you would guess it looks terrible!! they even lied to me and said that they did replace it .... but after I said not according to my security camera did they admit that no wood was replaced they then agreed to reinstall the windows... I confirmed the night before and the day of that the guys coming had wood and could fix the problem. the old windows were again taken out of my house and as you might guess.....they brought zero wood to fix the issue and did not have the skill to fix it !!! I called the sales guy Dominic who sold me the windows in the first place who said he was only in sales!!!!! the two guys who don't know how to replace windows put I. insures round 2!!! I even googled "how to videos " to show them what was needed and asked about flashing tape as none was used and the professional window installer simply put tape on the inside of the window only) guess he does not realize rain comes from the outside of the house again all of this was on video and this time the excuse is priceless...... they simply don't have room in their giant trailer or pickup truck for wood !!!!!! This really takes the cake!!!! thankfully I was able to hire another company to replace the windows round 3 and get my money back but the whole process took a year of aggravation and had my home in a state of disrepair please save your money and your time!! please ask questions of note on my contract it states windows will be replaced....nowhere does it say you will get window inserts placed right on top of your rotten wood and end up loosing glass space because they intend to give you 9 inches of trim!!! let me know if you would like pictures of the 9 inch trim, the indoor tape, the rotten wood, their giant trailer capable of holding a few 2x4 sticks (or hundreds of them) I even have a video of me being able to put my finger through the piece of rotten wood that they said was strong enough to hold the new windows The whole thing is tragic because as a business owner in Kansas I understand the challenges......but do not lie to my face please they need to train their staff better from sales to service to installation they also need to change their business practices.... they should be ashamed of what happened in my home and the time and energy it took to fix the situation

The biggest mistake I've ever made was letting those people on my property to install windows. The…read moregaps between the new windows and my house framing were big enough to put my hands through. Some were jacked up on eight shims with gaps big enough to put my arm through. Yet they foamed and put on giant beds of caulk and thought it was good enough. They reordered some that were absurdly too small for the opening but kept the gaps open for months letting it rain in to my house. In some cases, they tried to replace the siding to cover their poorly fitting windows but they nailed the siding with brad nails so it blew off within months. It took about a year. It turns out they were all about getting the sale with a pathetic ability to execute with any quality. 50K wasted and I'll be suffering this nightmare for years.
