When we did, they indicated they could save us some money as we were being to conservative on our measurements. Then when we cut back the waste saving over 3 yards they told us it would be the same price. It took 5 times asking about the different carpet pads to find out which one they quoted. Even then they would not give us a price difference for the different pads. When I contacted the chamber to ash if they knew someone over there that may be able to follow up and help us get the carpet ordered, I got a call back from their manager telling me we can take our business elsewhere. Not the best way to treat a customer. I have been in construction for 42 years and have ordered carpet many times. Never have we had this much trouble!

Chris and crew came back out on Sept 16th and they removed all dead, broken, hanging branches, canopy adjustments, ice and wind load reduction on seven elm trees. We had them trim two different trees in the back of our property along with a pine tree trimmed off of our shed. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. I am absolutely thrilled with My Lawn's work. My trees look so good! We had been looking for someone to do our trees for quite sometime. I definitely want My Lawn to do any tree work for us and I will look into the other services they offer as well. I found their price reasonable and fair. It was alot of work! Horrible company! Those answering the phone are extremely rude. I wish I knew about the reviews before I had them install all new heating and cooling appliances. Since the install, it has been nothing but problems. Now, not only have they refused to honor the warranty (i.e. unless I agree in advance to cover additional expenses they will tack on later), they also tried to convince my husband (i.e. without leaving the store), the problems with my appliances (i.e. I've only had them three years) are due to wear and tear. Now they have refused to honor my warranty and it's the winter and the furnace is not working. That was not even the start of it...the initial install of my appliances was done incorrectly, causing an odor to spread throughout my home. It cost me a great deal out of pocket to identify and then fix the issue and they still charged me 200.00 and it was all their error from the very beginning! They are scammers! The technician that comes to the house is very nice…read more However, dealing with the billing department is a nightmare. We paid over $500 for them to come repair our AC. Less than 3 weeks later, the $323 part they put in burned out, they came and replaced it again (bill again was over $500). The second time they came, they found the original problem that caused the part to go bad in the first place. Now they are trying to tell me the less than 3 week old, $323, part is not under warranty. After much discussion, they finally said they would split the cost of the part with us. They said since the manufacturer would not warranty the part, that they couldn't just "eat" the cost. I guess they feel an elderly couple on a fixed income (social security) can better "eat" the cost than a large company!!!!
