After getting skis registered was super excited to get my BRAND NEW machines in the water. Well for starters they both had no gas, which would not be a big deal had I not been told that all fluids were topped off at the shop and they were ready for the water. Luckily I happened to check before putting them in. At best of all, once I got them in the water, one of the batteries was dead. Really? Everyone we encountered was over the top nice... especially the owner. We had driven from Birmingham and brought a couple of buddies along. During the buying process, all of the employees were very courteous and checked on everyone (without being annoying). They seemed to exclusively deal Yamahas. This works out well if you're looking for ATV's, but really limits you in the field of cool bikes.

Guy on the phone told me to bring the boat up (2 hours from home) and leave it. I drive my rig up. 2-3 days later, "service" calls me back to tell me "sir your motor has a carburetor on it and we really only deal with fuel injection...". They could have told me that they were clueless and don't know how to work on anything beforehand. Turns out their "mechanic", who is not full time, but some ol buddy down the road who comes by once in a while, looked at it for 2 minutes and decided he didn't have time. I called Mud Buddy's office in Utah and Keith told me Freedom sucks don't take it there. I said I already did, oops. So I had to drive 2 hours back up there, pick up my rig (after waiting for 30 minutes for them to let me go wtf) and drive home. Watched YT videos and did the tune up in my driveway myself. I found it a great place to buy a motorcycle. Skeeter took great care of me with my bike purchase. They have a great supply of used bikes due to being a national chain. They said that we couldn't use the warranty anymore which we took the four wheeler before the warranty expired. We told them to work on the four wheeler where it needed work. Instead of that they changed the battery even when it was good and they gave us a bad one. They changed all the screws and stuff. Told the sales rep to just sell it but he reassured me that it was no problem and he would see me the next day. I would have been fine if deposit would have been mentioned up front. I proceeded to my financial institution to get check made to them for the purchase. Later that evening they let me know they sold it anyways. Poor customer service by sales staff.
