Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer.
They were very acomodating when convincing me to part with my money, but after 24 hours of owning the car I bought and discovering the first of 3 faults with the car they soon became evasive and difficult to work with.
They refuse to fix a fault passenger door lock and a broken coil spring which were discovered within 3 weeks of owning the car.
At the time of writing this review they have had my car for 9 days to investigate a problem with rough idle. This is the only fault they seem to be interested in looking at as it falls under their 3 month warranty.
After seeking further legal information D&J Auto's should also be covering the cost of the other repairs in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Having relayed this information to Steve Scott and John Day the company directors they seem to completely ignore their legal obligation and avoid answering any question they don't like the sound of.
