He was super rude even yelling at us as we were leaving. My husband has a brain injury, the way he walks and talks makes this obvious. I couldn't believe how horrible this worker was to an obviously disabled man. My family has been bringing our mower (not bought there) for years to have the blade sharpened. Dropped my mower off on Friday mid morning in need of a battery, oil change and new blades. The…read moreservice department told me a full service as an option which included an oil change, air filter, Spark plug, blades, and drive oil, which was total of $350 plus a battery would be $70 since had a problem with it. I wrote down the quote so I knew estimate which could be off by a small amount. Also, I asked them to check the belt which wouldn't be covered, but they would give me a call to let me know if it needed to be changed. I asked him how long it will be and he said it shouldn't take long. Now, it is monday and I haven't heard anything about the belt so I gave them a call to see when it will be done and any updates. I was told it will be done either wednesday or thursday and said "no problem, thanks" and hung up. I decided to go pick it up without being service and do it myself because i need it sooner than the days given. About an hour later, I was that the service department to pick up my mower. Once I went inside, I was told it's magically done and was LIED TOO... after being told the battery was $70 it really cost $100 and I was told blades where included in that full service which was also a lie and cost an extra $63. After being told it was going to be $420 plus taxes ended up being $564 almost 140 more then originally quoted at drop-off.

This is one place that I know will always be honest and reasonably priced. This time, I was having a difficult time finding a place that repaired small tires for riding lawn mowers. I called and randy said he is sure he had the special size replacement inner-tube. I dropped off the tire and by the end of the day, it was fixed and dropped off. The cost was minimal. I am so appreciative for a company that is professional, reasonable, kind, and trust-worthy.

Went down that morning, purchased it, and had it delivered that day, which was a plus. Delivery and hook-up were an additional $200. In delivering the fridge, they bumped the corner wall not once but twice. Bending the metal edge and cracking the plaster. The fridge was a 1/4 of an inch too tall, did measure store display showed a 1/16 inch shorter than the cabinet. Called and talked to someone in the office about it. They said it's adjustable and that a tech would contact me the next day. They never did; I contacted the manufacture they verified that it's not adjustable. Ended up taking the overhead cabinet down. Still pleased with the purchase and would go back.
