I have to say, just moving here to Kingman has not been easy. Unfortunately we have hired many people who have absolutely no pride in their work, integrity and certainly careless about your property or items just as long as they show up, hurry and get the job done as fast as possible and then demand payment and in some cases even after breaking things or not being able to finish want a tip! With that said, it was a breath of fresh air and a huge relief when we found and hired D& J Services. Justin and his crew have integrity, take pride in their work and don't stop or leave till they get the job done. They know what they need to get done, show up on time, have the proper equipment and don't need to be babysat, watched over or be told several times what needs to get done. They actually went above and beyond what we asked. Below is exactly what they did and how wonderful of a job they did! The property we purchased here in Kingman has a 30 x 60 Quonset on the lower portion of the property. Prior to us actually moving here, we wanted to take all our furniture and other things and put them in the Quonset so we could fix some things in the house and then put things away in stages. Well things did not go as planned. The house and property was vacant for several years with only a few people going by to check on it. It was to our horror when we started to move things around in the Quanset and start cleaning things in there did we see the place was infested with rats and mice! They were everywhere having a field day eating bags of cat food that was left for feeding the fish in the pond, they set up many nests everywhere in furniture that was left. To say the least it was a rodent paradise. Once we were able to get rid or our uninvited guest and knew they weren't coming back, we needed to have the whole place power washed. This was going to be a huge job and we needed someone who could power wash the heck out of the place, be self contained and not have to be supervised. We found D&J Services. Jason came over took a look at what he needed to do and what equipment was needed and gave a great quote! He came back the next day, on time and he and his guys went to work. They took everything out, swept and then power washed the entire place from top to bottom. They also power washed all the things taken out to make sure everything was clean and had no rat, mouse feces, spiders etc...lingering on anything! They were just hired to power wash so that's all they needed to do. They went above that by moving things out, cleaning not only the inside of the Quonset but those items taken outside and swept the entire place. When everything was dry, they neatly put everything back. It now looks amazing and we are able to move things we need to down there without fear of rodents and touching anything they pooped and peed on. I normally don't write this long of a review, but it was important you know the whole story and know that these guys really did an incredible job in a heat wave, didn't complain, came on time, gave an incredible quote and actually did more than was expected from them. If you want someone that actually does what they say and not just try and take your money and run, I highly recommend D&J SERVICES! We will DEFINATELY be using again for other services he offers! read more

Again, adding to previous reviews: The fix for the sprinkler system I paid them to install has cost me $2300.00. Now, am having the non-work rock work they were paid to perform quoted tomorrow by firm that knows their business and is reliable. Anticipate a similar financial loss to have the work done with care. Please be careful......they are not worth the pain, outright falsehoods, and non-performance. Their strongest trait is cashing one's checks and asking for money. Total disaster. read more

Justin did a good job coming out and accessing our needs for an irrigation system for our established trees. He followed thru with the plan and worked around our schedule. We had an issue first day of watering and contacted him and he came out same day to check and correct issue. Yes.
