Sure enough Dominic and a crew showed up a short time later and went right to work! They were on the roof getting started in moments. The price was great and they were completely done within 2 hours. When I was finally assigned a service contractor, he told me that it would be a week before he could start, which was fine because at least I heard from someone. They started over a week from the day I was told they would start. On May 5, 2026 they said they were done and needed more money than the contract stated. It was to be a two day job but it took over a week. I'm a 70 year old woman. I couldn't get on the roof to inspect their work, but from what I could see from the ground was disappointing. It appeared they didn't remove the old flashing around the chimney and sealed it with tons of tar. I paid to have the air conditioner lifted by a HAVC company, but not sure if that happened as one labor said it wasn't lifted then another one said after they said they were done with the job said it was lifted but not sure if by an HAVC company. As I wait for their final word, I pray the roof doesn't leak , especially around the chimney.

Could not get any response from the company when I tried to get them to come out and address the issue. Called and left messages multiple times and finally gave up thinking they went out of business. I'm now out here while it's raining (New Years 2025) and I see 7 leaking areas. This shouldn't happen after such a short span of time. They also have done a crappy job on the drip edge cutting it to where it split the corners at the bottom after I showed the roofer the proper way to cut the corners to prevent this from happening. They also had used to different peace's of metal on the back of the roof showing spaces were it should be one long peace. There was also one place around the chimney that still has a broken tile that I had pointed out every time they showed up to fix there mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was a roofer for 25 years. We always did what ever it took to make our customers happy by doing our trade the proper way. I showed him where the stain was on my ceiling and he went up on the roof. He discovered that the leak was not from the roof but rather my swamp cooler.
