I have never been treated like this by a company and immediately felt uncomfortable and judged for nothing other than making a comment about the signs posted. Julie said that they do service our area, but they were very busy and it might be a few weeks before someone could come up. 17 Oct 2023 at 1418 I sent an email with all the requested information to Julie. 17 Oct 2023 at 1426 Julie answered that what I sent was perfect and that John, who does the scheduling, would "try and get us on a route as soon as possible." She again noted that they were a few weeks out. 4 Dec 2023 at 1225 I sent an email to Julie asking where we are in the queue. 5 Dec 2023 at 1540 Julie responded with "I will double check with John..." This is the last communication I've had with BG Fireplace. It is now 22 Dec 2023, more than two months since the first phone call, and it's unfortunate they were unable to make a quick phone call just to say that we hadn't been forgotten and that they were working on it. I will not be doing business with BG Fireplace as a result.
