His work was meticulous, and he demonstrated great care in completing the job. Patrick is also an excellent communicator and is extremely dependable--he arrived each day at the scheduled time and was quick to let us know if traffic or other circumstances would delay him. He works in an efficient manner but never in a rushed way. Each day when he left, Patrick took the time to clean and straighten up the work area. When we got with Yelp, we said we would like this job done in 2 weeks. He gave us the estimate of…read more6 days. Three weeks in, the job was not half done. He had employee issues, and then got sick , but this was well after his estimate of the time that it would take. He would tell us something and not follow through. In his estimate, he had us pay a certain amount up front, with the remainder to be paid when the job was done. He asked for more money 2 weeks in, and we paid him all but $200 of the full estimate. The last thing he did was put up half of the plywood in our garage ceiling. We thought that it was sagging, so we had another man to check it out. He did, and about 3/4 of the screws that he put in were only connected to the sheetrock that was up...not to the ceiling joist's. This man got it fastened correctly and safely. There were no reviews we we hired him. I hope this helps someone.
