After him taking apart the log set going in my attic and my basement and fooling around a bit, he told me it would cost me thousands of dollars because of XYZ- including basement ceiling and walls being ripped out. Also said I needed a new log set and nothing was to code (My house was built in 98) Well come to find out after I reached someone else for a second opinion my remote setting needed to be turned off (because I was never given a remote) and then BAM we had fire. It was just a setting that had to be changed and a wire moved basically. Took him all of 15 minutes max and $120 service fee.

Between the pandemic and staff changes, we had no clue the last time the gutters had been cleaned. Some of them were even coming off the roof! Plus, with all the rain we've had, the gutters were literally taking a beating this summer and needed attention. After getting several estimates, C&G gave us an awesome quote and came out in person to check out our building. While it's not a tremendously huge building in comparison to some others in the area, it was still going to be a lot of work due to the amount of debris that we had going on there. Two really nice guys showed up and not only did the entire building in two hours, but tacked back up the gutters that were falling off the side of the building as well. They also cleaned up their mess and hauled it away from all the stuff that got blown out. They also showed us other repairs that may need to get done in the future to keep the roof and building in good shape. Overall, these guys do really good work at a very fair price. They told me this would take too much time and they still had other stops to make and they left. This was not a difficult or very time consuming thing to do. I know because I'm the one who put the cap on. This was flat out laziness. It was a Friday night and they were likely looking to get home and start their weekend. I've waited 10 days to get the appointment, I rearranged my Friday for the appointment, I waited until the end of their 2 hour window, and they bailed after 5 minutes. Now I'm going to have to wait another couple of weeks to get an appointment with another company. Super lazy. Super unprofessional.
