These two people stood in front of the heating unit looking at it, and doing nothing more. We asked questions about the system condition, and how to check, and operate it. Neither of m&r's people had any idea what to check, or how to check it. We asked if they had an AMPCLAMP, a meter for measuring current draw. They did not. All they had was a common VOM, which would not tell anyone anything. One of the two simply stood looking up at the machine, saying nothing. We asked the "Knowledgeable" one , who was holding the useless meter, if the circulating pump was running. This kid put his hand on the pump, and said that it was running, which was obvious. M&R charged us over THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for NOT doing what they specifically hired to do. M&R should be ashamed of what they did to an elderly, limited income, couple.
