The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. We asked him to run a soaker hose through the beds, and he dumped the hose on top of the white marbles. THIS GUY IS A LOSER! We paid $2250.00 for an absolutely ridiculously terrible job. He promised to redo it, but he never showed up again. We asked for a partial refund because we HATE what he planted and have to redo the whole yard. He promised to come back the next day, but never showed up again and kept all of our money. SCAMMER! We have no choice but to warn our community because any "good reviews" left here and on NextDoor- must be left by his relatives - which we believed. He is cocky and arrogant and he lies right to your face. We are reporting him to the Better Business Bureau, The Florida State Professional Licensing Board, and taking him to small claims court. We are also investigating his claims to being a licensed arborist - from what we can tell, he has not one clue about anything aside from how to steal money using Zelle and how to scam old people out of their retirement savings.
