She then blew me off and told me to go to the guy next to her and I guess since she wasn't going to get any commission, she wasn't interested in taking care of the customer!     No 5G as advertised, near Dallas Texas, and network says 3G but tries to connect on 4G (network…read moresetup idiot alert) Voice calls always sound garbled, have lots of static, or drop calls. Hold time always says less than 31 and a half seconds but may take more than 31 and a half minutes to reach someone. 8 calls in 6 days - each time support says they are doing a network refresh, the last agent said only 1 has been done, but each time my phone disconnects to do this "refresh" which I believe is a way to disconnect the call. Another fun feature of this reset is it deletes all voicemail Data does not work until after you call in, wait "31 and a half seconds", and they do a "Network Refresh", not my devices I brought, or the T-Mobile device, every day. Download speeds are between 3kbps and max 500kbps on any device (MIUI Xiaomi MI10T Pro 5G capable of 350MBPS, iPhone X, iPad Pro, and Android purchased from T-Mobile during account creation) Escalations to network engineering are not made likely because they will not or cannot fix these issues, 2 out of the 3 times I was told it was submitted they did not give me a ticket number (Apparently this is what is necessary to ensure support has done their job). Agents disconnect line and do not call back because not even supervisors can make outbound calls Daily it says data limit reached on Hotspot because it partially downloads and their network filters traffic (T-Mobile decides what websites you may visit) forcing multiple attempts and multiple downloads of the same data. (Tip: Use VPN to get around their network filtering) Complaints go to voicemail/survey 2 out of 3 times. If you get through to file a complaint the phone connection is so bad it sounds like an overseas rotary phone call from the 60's. They must be using T-Mobile. After speaking with the Support Manager, who knew as much or less than the standard techs, was silent most of the time, and only repeated "I'm sorry sir, the best we can do is wait for Network Engineering to get the ticket). I assume this would be the same engineers who set this garbage network up to begin with. So, I can also surmise they will do a network refresh on a larger scale and never resolve the main problem). To sum it up T-Mobile service cannot provide decent cell service, any kind of reliable data, absolutely no hotspot unless you call in daily and even then, it hardly works as mentioned above... Perhaps they provide decent SMS, but I can't say since I do not use it often. I am very sorry I started service with T-Mobile/Boost and will be canceling it as soon as I possibly can. P.S. I wrote this while on hold dealing with tech support again, and complaints which seems like the same people, then a manager who must be good at paperwork because they sure do not know technology. Since my call has ended now, I can stop writing.
