Dave has worked on my Toro rider and Honda walk behind. He returned them to me running BETTER THAN NEW. I am not a easy guy to please ! lol

I have gone to them for lawn mower repairs, purchased a mower from them, and called them for tips and help. They have ALWAYS been available and helpful. I gotta say, I like these people. Very friendly, and have fixed multiple items for me. Having said that, I was initially told it would be 2 weeks for 2 blowers I dropped off. So, after close to 3 weeks I called to check status. She said "we've got things here that may take months" or something close to that affect. So, I nicely told her "I understand cause of the hurricane and windy weather everyone wants their blower fixed first". And I nicely suggested that "You shouldn't tell customers it looks like 2 weeks til you'll get it back". No big deal right? The problem arose when she said "oh, I didn't say that. You must have heard me wrong because we are months behind" (or something close to those words). Well I know I heard her correctly because I repeated it "2 weeks"? And she responded "we've got some here a lot longer than than 2 weeks". I just didn't appreciate her assuming I was wrong. When I know for sure she was. Again, not a big deal cause they are good, and usually very nice. I think the pressure is building as she also told me "they can't find another trained repair person". read more

I had D.Day pick-up my Cub Cadet riding lawn mower on July 14, 2020 to replace a bearing in the mower deck, checking weekly by telephone to find out the status of repair. Every time I called Jeannette would give me some excuse why the repair had not been done, i.e. they could not find the Serial Number or Model Number of the Cub Cadet, or a mechanic was not available to make the repair. One month after D.Day picked up the Lawn Mower I took the owner's manual to Jeannette which had the Serial and Model Numbers listed, she said the numbers were necessary to order the correct replacement bearing. Six weeks later Jeannette had not ordered the replacement bearing. Seven weeks after D.Day picked up the Cub Cadet I went to the office and was standing behind a commercial lawn maintenance guy who had just dropped off his riding lawn mower and wanted to know how long it would take to replace a bearing in the mower deck. Jeannette said he could pick-up his riding mower in a couple of days. Next in line I asked Jeannette when I could pick-up my Cub Cadet, her reply was that a mechanic would have to get the number off the mower deck bearing to order the replacement bearing and would "fast-track" the Cub Cadet for repairs. I went into the office on September 14, two months after D.Day had picked up the Cub Cadet and saw the Cub Cadet parked out back in pouring rain. Jeannette said they were waiting on the replacement bearing. I told Jeannette I would like to pick-up my Cub Cadet and get some other shop to repair the Cub Cadet. David Day came out of his office and said all the mowers left with him were left out in the rain and told me he didn't want to hear any more of my "BITCHING" and would roll the F****** Cub Cadet onto the side of the road in front of the shop and anybody could pick-up the F****** Cub Cadet. Jeannette joined in the abusive language after I told her I was 80-years old and was having leg cramps from walking behind a self propelled mower for the past 2-months. Jeannette said she didn't care if I was 100-years old they would still have to order a bearing for the mower deck. David Day was shouting at me by this time and told me I could not pick-up the mower until repairs were made to the mower deck. Jeannette joined into the "conversation" and told me that all I wanted to do was complain and cause problems, saying she would call me when the repairs had been done. I await Jeannette's telephone call 8-weeks after D.Day picked up the Cub Cadet for repair. read more

I have never had a lawn and garden machine tied up this long for repair. It has been nearly a month since I dropped off my pressure washer to have the pump replaced. I was initially told it would be a couple days to get the part and a couple more days for the installation. I was most recently told on Thursday Oct. 15th that it would be ready for pickup the next day (Friday October 16th). I waited until Tuesday October 20th to pickup only to find it still was not ready!!! The two technicians (wearing business logo shirts) were in the driveway working on a boat. Perhaps if they spent their time working on customer's equipment it would take less than a month for a small engine repair. Inexcusable!! Avoid this business. read more
