Of course it was the carburetor. So they charge me for the things I already paid for myself and replaced I won't ever go back. Can't stand people who don't listen. Always first service with knowledgeable guys ready to answer any questions you may have. Bag prices are better than the big box stores where other yard shops rarely offer bagged products. By the yard is where they shine. They are about 40% less expensive compared the the "Prices" of the shop in Port Orange. Delivery is less even though they are further out away from me compared to the other being literally 2 mi away. I try to support small businesses but don't want to be taken for a ride...this is the place to shop. Owner and staff actually seem to care and appreciate your business, not just wanting to make a buck off you. Definitely check these guys out for your big or small needes.

I needed the original design plans and the tie down instructions for my 10 x 16 shed. Which, by the way, has been a great purchase. They truly build an excellent product. The metal exterior of the shed is super easy to just pressure wash when it gets dirty over time and I have not had a single issue with the shed that can be attributed to the quality of construction. I had to deal with Mara for that to happen. Talk about someone who doesn't care about good customer service. I practically had to jump through hoops to get it done. She charged me $5oo to do the job. I explained to her the shed was only there for a week and I'm on a fixed income, could she help me out with the cost. She took off $100 for a job that didn't even take 30 minutes. She made me send her pics of my DL and my credit card. THEN I had to fill out a form for her to process my credit card. This was all after I had just given them $4000 for my shed!! She has no idea how to treat customers and she doesn't have any guilt about over charging them... she probably went on a shopping spree with my money!! I don't recommend doing business with this company just because they don't care ANYTHING about taking care of the customer. I will say however that John and Darwin did an amazing job moving that shed back for us.

A few hours later I drove it over and one of the employees very quickly fixed my problem and then John rang me up- at cost- for the parts, and didn't even charge me for the labor. I highly recommend this little shop. I will definitely be returning if I ever have another problem with my mower. Minimum charge for credit cards is $50 though, so bring cash if your fix is gonna be cheap.

I always try and buy local when possible and avoid the big box stores. I stopped in and met with David the store manger and he worked with me to find the perfect solution - the pricing was fair so I made the purchase and paid the additional $40.00 haul away fee for the one I was replacing. I liked the selection and the fact that I could have the refrigerator / freezer delivered and set up the next morning, I also like the fact that he knew the details on everything he is selling unlike what you get from the big box stores, he been working here for 32 years and is definitely an expert when it comes to home appliances. The two delivery men arrived on time today and made quick work of removing the old unit and installed the new one. They checked that everything was working properly, answered all my questions, provided me with all the instruction manuals, the door handle installation tool and cleaned up any mess from the packing materials. I feel I made the right choice and I am very happy with the entire process and love the new refrigerator/ freezer. I definitely will shop Pioneer first going forward when I need a home appliance...

Purchased a 5y extended warranty for our GE products from Pioneer. The GE fridge started acting up…read more12/1/25 and warranty service tech (Pioneer's) visited many, many, many, many, many, many times thereafter. Each time after each visit a new problem popped up soon after each visit. The last call in was on a Tu (1/13) leading to staff saying the tech was booked out until F (1/16). Not too helpful for a fridge that's not cooling properly and loaded with food that spoiled! Pioneer staff were less than helpful. The tech did show up on W (1/14) to rectify one issue only to see two more problems appear once they left. We ordered a new fridge from another manufacturer and from another appliance company yesterday (1/14) and it will be delivered tomorrow (1/16). No more dealing with Pioneer. Beware the GE extended warranty service and service provided by Pioneer. They were not particularly sympathetic, timely or effective at solving the problems. In the end we wasted a month and a half on a service we paid for to have the service calls set us back more and more each time and cost us money on wasted food.
