I have a broken back and if they get into a car accident I would be paralyzed. This company needs to do something to get the vehicle clean and drivers to stay off there phone. Also this driver must know w trick to speed cause he kept tipping his dash camera up and then it didn't trigger the thing to say slow down. He was definitely not happy to have to put out luggage in his van. We loaded two suitcases upfront with us. We gave him the address that was 4 miles away. His sign said $2.75 per mile but he said $25 flat fee. We agree to the price. On the way to our vehicle he asked why we didn't use a hotel shuttle. He stopped at our vehicle and as he unloaded a couple suitcases I unloaded the others and was placing them in our car. My wife paid him and he started swearing at her about a tip and said to use the shuttle next time. He never put anything in his computer or called in on his radio like I see all other cabs do before they start the route. I am sure he pocketed the money dishonesty to the company he drives for. Never again will we use this company. If I wasn't with I don't know what he would have done to intimidate my wife and kids. This man deserves to be fired immediately!

I lived in Minneapolis (specifically Eden Prairie -13 min from Paisley). I moved to Tampa and flew in for business. I had a friend pick me up from the airport. I had a Paisley tour scheduled at 10:40 Saturday for the shoe exhibit. First I tried Lyft w/o a confirmation response. So I cancelled and tried Uber. Same response. In addition, they had on their website "pickup not guaranteed". So clearly not using. I used another car rental service and recieved a confirm but they were a no show. I missed my Paisley tour. I was PISSED. There are no real Taxis and most car services have gone out of business. Please use Gold & Green Taxi service. They may have you pay before b/c ppl have been scheduling and they have been a no show. There is an actual person who answers the phone. Plan about 60.00 at most with tip (Eden Prairie to airport). I'll attach a card. If they are busy ask them for the next reliable car service besides them.

Uber's been more expensive lately though, making it about 20% higher than Lyft on average in Minneapolis. Lyft's app is sketchy however and drivers less reliable.
