Martin and Lisa are always amazing and go above and beyond to help find gifts that will be suitable for each person! The quality is, of course, top notch. Will never shop here again! Bought a blouse on Friday and decided over th weekend it was not…read moresuitable so went to return it the following Tuesda. Was advised they do not do returns. = only store credits or exchanges. All tags were still on the blouse and it was evident it had never been worn. I asked why someone had not advised me of the store policy and the clerk said I should have read the sign on the counter at the time of purchase. She had to move items around for me to even note there was a sign. She also pointed out that it was at the bottom of the receipt. Had I known I could not return the blouse I would never have purchased it as I wanted to try it on with the planed outfit to see if it worked. As a customer I expect that the store employees would have an obligation to advise of a no return policy prior to purchase and anything less then this just seems dishonest and sneaky.

My boyfriend doesn't often shop for casual clothes so it was a nice treat for him to get such attentive customer service. The gentleman working was happy to give feedback and picked out some nice pieces while speaking about the quality of items they bring in. Most of the items are either made local or sweatshop free in the USA. This is the kind of quality I want to spend money on and is generally a deciding factor when I make any purchase. I also wanted to speak about the simplicity of the decor and layout of the shop. Great merchandising as it really draws the eye in. They also sell some quality accessories including footwear, bags, ties and sunglasses. We will certainly be back when we visit the island again.

During a short visit to Duncan for Father's Day, I was excited to spend quality time with my Dad and treat him to some new clothes. We searched for menswear options and Outlooks came up first, so we headed there full of enthusiasm and ready to shop. We walked in smiling and ready for a great experience. I introduced my Father and explained we were looking to outfit him with some new pieces. The saleswoman took one look at him and flatly said, "We have nothing for him." No effort. No conversation. No alternative suggestions. Just a dismissive brush-off and out the door we went--feeling dejected and frankly, unwelcome. Thankfully, just two doors down was Jim's Clothes Closet. Not only did they greet us warmly, but their amazing team, especially CoCo, helped my Dad find pants in the exact size the Outlook's employee insisted wouldn't fit him. On top of that, he left with shirts, belts, a hat, and a great vest--plus a smile on his face. Outlooks Menswear gave us the worst customer service experience I've had in years. If you value your time, your money, and being treated like a human being, keep walking right past this place.
