I am absolutely thrilled with the excellent service I have received from DG Heath. I went into the trade shop looking for advice on how to build my own slatted fence and gate. As a young female i felt anxious about going into a trade counter and asking for help but every single member of staff was extremely helpful and encouraging. I have been in and out of there repeatedly throughout my garden project with queries and each time I was given time and help I needed. The boys cut the wood to the sizes i needed to help me make the job easier and calculated the best way to use my materials with minimal wastage. Bri was extremely encouraging and helped me get the confidence I needed to complete my project and start other jobs in my home that I had previously not attempted. The delivery guys were also amazing, taking an interest in my project and putting the materials where I wanted them. The guys in the store always managed to fit my delivery on to earlier delivery days which was super helpful and the guys in the yard were always ready to help me load the car and offered to cut anything I needed if I took it home and it wasnt quite right. Overall the service I have received with DG Heath has been amazing. I have already recommended them to loads of friends and family. Even though the queue is sometimes long it is never a problem as you know you will get all the help you need when it is your turn. Totally worth waiting in the line. Thank you all again. I have just visited DGHeath in Pontarddulais and purchased the composite fencing. The lady who served myself was extremely helpful and friendly. The order was for my daughters home and the delivery service was superb. The order had 1 small part damaged and they replaced it without any fuss. I have walked passed on numerous occasions and admired the composite decking and the wooden fencing but never actually gone inside until this week. The showroom has a large selection of quality internal wooden flooring and doors. I will definitely return here for any products that I may require in the future. I believe that customer service is a vital part of running a good business and this business has the best I have received in a very long time. If anyone is doing any work around the home i would definitely look here for your purchase you will struggle to compare with any other supplier. read more

Very helpful on the phone, very friendly and helpful in Reception, very helpful and friendly Delivery Driver. Excellent delivery charges, unlike most of the competition. This is the first time I have used D.G.Heath but it most certainly won't be the last, they have now become my first port of call for timber and associated products.
